The villa is traditional in a perfect location. Spyros is a professional. Everything was spotlessly clean in a quiet part of the island 20 minutes from the country.

Spending our vacation at Villa Mandraki was a success, we couldn't have chosen a better place.

Very nice quiet house, close to the sea and towncenter. It has everything you need and big balcony that you can access from every room.

A beautiful old traditional building with a beautiful resident cat to welcome you home everyday. The room was very spacious and clean with a great air-conditioner.

It had everything we needed, even hot water, and was very comfortable. The location is excellent—super close to the port and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants.

Best location in town, friendly service and clean and attentive staff. Private internal courtyard which was cute. Nice tavernas nearby. Room had a nice balcony with a view of the church.

The host was extremely nice and could speak multiple languages. She welcomed us warmly and with a bowl of fresh fruit! Service was excellent and we could decide whether to get our room cleaned.

Perfect place to stay in Spetses, on any aspect. Highly recommended for individual travels and for couples. Big clean and well equipped rooms with sea view balcony.

This is an absolutely fantastic place. Spacious, comfortable apartment with super helpful hosts. The swimming pool is clean and nice. And you have 2 minutes of walking to the seaside.

Me and my wife just arrived and we are dazzled. The house lady was wonderful and the house is just dreamlike. We will definitely come back again.

This place is very cool! I met Werner, so they speak german also :). They have a pool, happy hour (Cocktails 5 EUR at the pool), and very nice breakfast.

Really quiet place. The owner is kind and helpful. I was there alone so I got a little room but it was good for me for two nights. The room had air conditioning, kettle and any kitchen stuffs.

Lianos Hotel is a fantastic place to stay when you are visiting Spetses. The owners Panagiotis and Aliki are the kindest and friendliest people that you can imagine.

The location was very convenient; walking distance from Palio Limani. The people there were very welcoming and helpful. We were given rides to the hotel and back. The mini market was a big plus.

November travel. Rent a scooter and see the island. No crowds. Surreal experience seeing Agios Nectarios and Palioxori.
