Most guests are delighted with the owners, Michalis and Rula, describing them as exceptionally kind, welcoming, generous, and ready to help with any questions. They provide excellent recommendations for beaches and shops. However, there are some negative reviews: some guests encountered a lack of professionalism, inconsistency in communication, and even rudeness when pointing out dirty dishes. There was also a recorded instance of a booking date error that was reported at the last moment.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with kitchenettes featuring a stove and cookware. Some rooms have capsule coffee machines. Guests note the presence of balconies or terraces, although some on the second floor may be very small with uncomfortable chairs. One review mentions a lack of sufficient shelves and towel hooks.

Reviews regarding the internet connection are contradictory. Some guests find it quite acceptable, while others report that the Wi-Fi performs poorly or is often slow.

Guest opinions are divided. Some describe the interior as cozy, simple, and in an island style, offering a great quality of sleep. Others note that the furniture, windows, and door frames are outdated and require updating, and that mattresses and pillows in some rooms are of average quality.

The hotel offers a stunning view of the bay, the sea, and surrounding islands. The view from the second-floor rooms (for example, No. 3, 4, and 10) is considered particularly successful, as the sea is right before your eyes. Ground-floor rooms also have a good view, however, there are side studios with mediocre or poor views.

Many visitors describe the hotel as spotlessly clean, noting regular cleaning every two days. However, there are opposite reviews stating that the cleanliness leaves much to be desired and that dirty dishes were found in the cupboards.

Overall, guests are satisfied with the coolness of the rooms, but one review contains a serious complaint: the air conditioner allegedly has a restriction and only outputs air at 28 degrees, which is considered unacceptable for a paid service.

Most guests consider the cost of stay to be very reasonable, even during the high season, calling the hotel an excellent option in terms of value for money.
