Porto Palace is the result of an intelligent effort. There is no comparison to others hospitality. Exceptional personal service! Top of the mountain.

Amazing rooms with incredible view! The only negative is that some facilities are not available because of COVID-19 restrictions.

Clean, Polite and friendly staff, great gym jacuzzi and sauna, lovely food.

The room has no view at all, food is poor, few options.

This is too noise to sleep by 1:40 a. M. Because of a party in ground especially lower stairs.
The hotel is place to sleep and take rest not party.

Wow the service was so amazing and although we had a problem with our credit card we were treated amazingly good. The General manager personally took care of us and was so nice so they give us a extra big room! Apart from that great hotel really nice and clean and the breakfast is just huge! Check it out!

We visited the pool area at this magnificent hotel. Cozy place with good atmosphere. A bit expensive but worth it since its not very crowded. Can get a bit windy though but in the greek summer heat that is just a bonus.

Wonderful hotel, great breakfasts, service was good. The mattress was too hard and the location of the hotel is not the best, in industrial /port area. Other than that, I recommend this hotel. We had a lovely stay.

It' real beautiful hotel, rooms cleans and comfortables. It' s too far from city center, we walked every time 3 km to go and 3 to came back. We were disappointed for breakfast, no cappuccino, no good coffe, fruit in syrup from discount. Let'go friends… this is not 5 hotel!

One of the best hotels in the city of Thessaloniki. Situated in a great location, in the west side of the city, close to the city centre. Buses pass regularly to take you there. It is a five star hotel so you kind of expect the luxurious interior. It has a classic look that never goes out of style. Great for hosting conventions or for a short getaway. It goes without saying that the place is clean and the staff is polite and helpful.

I was on a business trip (3 days) recently… Staff was very friendly, nice rooms, nice food. Had no issues in this hotel. Its a good choice I would recommend.

I had a seminar there. The halls where it was held were very comfortable and beautifully designed. Some minor issues with the projectors during the presentations. Would definitely try it again.

After a week of traveling throughout Greece, I've come to appreciate the facility and service of Porto Palace. Their buffet-style breakfast and dinner is great! Fresh items, well prepared, something for everyone. Variety of fresh salads, properly seasoned and dressed, was a rarity. High quality fruit preserves at breakfast did not go unappreciated. Even meat dishes sitting in a chafing tray were quite good. The hotel also has a gym, and the conference room facility is nicely located away from the main lobby.

Very warm in the room from the mini bar all night climate turned on otherwise very nice.

We were there for a conference. The conference rooms provided were amazing. The service was great and everyone was always ready to help us. The participants that we booked to stay there were very happy with their rooms and the staff as well. The food during our conference was also great and covered everyone's taste.

Beautiful building, great view of the port, very comfortable room, great facilities and infrastructure. Management and staff very commited in providing the best experience. Delicious breakfast.

Located in the middle of the industrial port area, very unpleasant and far from city centre. The advertised pool is just small tubes next to the bar, also these were closed for private party. Breakfast is served only starting 7am, we arranged for breakfast boxes to take away due to early departure, the boxes were not provided in the morning. This is not a 5 star hotel, maximum 3 star + bad location.

A nice hotel and friendly staff, however the rooms need some refurbishment, the mattresses are hard. It has a lovely rooftop bar with an amazing view over the shipyard of Thessaloniki, great breakfast.

Very clean and cosy, I felt like I was at home. The staff was very nice and with big smiles. Really good impression I had from the bellboys.

Excellent conditions. Room is perfect. Flat screen tv, espresso machine, A/C, safe box. This one hotel deserves its stars.

Very good hotel but the night dinner wasn't that good. Apart of this very clean and the staff was very helpful. And the fact that is in the most beautiful city in Greece Thessaloniki makes it even better! I suggest it strongly :).

Best value for money! I attended a conference in Porto Palace Hotel and everything was organized most efficiently. Very clean and tidy, very helpful staff.
