Only location was great. The host was very rude and not welcoming person. She should not work with people. I stayed 10 days in july /2024 with my family for vacation.
We booked an expensive room on Booking for 4 nights and when we got there they told us that they don't have the room we booked (never contacted us), and that we will have to move every day in a different room. We didn't have much choice so agreed but when we got to the room it was horrible, not clean and there was this very strong, terrible smell of sewage, the hall also smelled of sewage, it was like you are staying in a sewage so we told the owner and her son that we can not stay in this conditions and left the key and they took half of the price from our Booking although "agreed" to cancel the reservation after some long discussion. Even more interesting is that they want cash when you arrive and they say we don't like paying via booking so we'll take the cash and cancel the booking payment. If you decline the room they suddenly want Booking and take half of the price from the card. The rooms are terrible, nothing like the pictures, plus the odor, plus the rudeness of the owners, it is unacceptible for someone running this kind of bussiness.

Trust all the other reviewers — this place has an unpleasant owner who doesn't care about the service they provide — only for the payment. For example, I spent 5 minutes arguing for a 2nd roll of toilet paper — to be denied again and again until she finally acquiesced. And that's considering we're paying 160 euro/night and the loo roll is what — 0.20 euro cents? Just an example of the kind of arguments and discussions you'll have for no good reason. Too bad, because her son seems great — he's the only one who's polite and friendly from the staff. I hope he takes over the management of this place soon as it's only going down otherwise.
