Tosca Beach Hotel

Yes, the hotel provides free parking with sufficient space for guests' vehicles.

Guest opinions regarding the staff are divided. Many note that the employees are very sweet, smiling, and helpful, particularly the staff in the restaurant and bar. However, there are complaints about the rudeness and detachment of the reception staff, as well as a lack of promptness in resolving room change issues. It was also mentioned that the reception is located separately from the main hotel building, approximately 50 meters from the entrance.

The hotel operates on an all-inclusive system, though its quality is viewed differently: some guests are delighted by the diverse and delicious cuisine, while others find the selection of dishes limited and repetitive. The menu features hearty Balkan dishes; desserts are especially praised, but pureed soups and the quality of the oil have been criticized. Regarding drinks, only local brands are provided free of charge; import alcohol (e.g., Bacardi) and coffee outside of main meal times incur an additional fee. Some guests note that the cocktails are of low quality and the selection of non-alcoholic beverages is limited to diluted juices and soda.

A bottle of water (ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 liters per person) is delivered to the rooms daily. However, some guests have found that additional water must be purchased independently at the beach bar for 2 euros per bottle, as it is not delivered to the room.

The hotel provides free Wi-Fi, which is available everywhere, including in the rooms and on the beach.

The room stock is inconsistent: there are both fresh, modern rooms and outdated ones in need of renovation. Guests note that the furniture in some rooms is worn and the bathrooms look old, with an occasional smell coming from the sink. At the same time, the rooms are described as quite spacious, functional, and clean. Some rooms may lack wardrobes for clothing.

Almost all rooms have a sea view, and many guests are delighted by the possibility of falling asleep to the sound of the waves. However, there are exceptions: some first-floor rooms face the parking lot or an adjacent building, providing only a partial sea view. All rooms are equipped with balconies or terraces.

Room cleaning is carried out daily, and many guests are satisfied with the cleanliness and the regular replacement of towels. Nevertheless, there are complaints about superficial bed-making and infrequent trash removal in some cases. Regarding the grounds, the area is lush with greenery and pines, but some parts require improvement, as technical zones remain visible and beach tables are sometimes dirty.

Rooms are equipped with a safe, a mini-bar, and a kettle. Guests have noted the absence of basic amenities such as bathrobes and slippers, which are not provided even for an additional fee. Additionally, some rooms lack bidets.

The hotel has a cascading bungalow-style structure, resulting in many steps throughout the property. People with mobility issues may find it difficult to get around. For elderly guests, an electric vehicle is available and can be summoned using a special card.

The hotel has its own "Blue Flag" sandy beach, described as clean and comfortable. The entry into the water is mostly sandy, but large and small pebbles are found in some places, so some guests are advised to use special water shoes. The depth increases quite quickly (after 2-4 meters), and the sea is transparent and suitable for snorkeling, where fish and crabs can be seen. Sun loungers are provided free of charge, but during peak season, it is recommended to reserve them before 8 AM.

Yes, the hotel provides beach towels, although a deposit of 10 euros may be required.

The hotel offers animation primarily focused on children, including a playground and Russian-speaking animators. For adults, thematic evenings (Greek, Italian, international) are held, and live music is occasionally invited (for example, a saxophonist during breakfast). There is a volleyball court on the beach and a DJ occasionally performs.

The hotel is considered an ideal place for families with children due to the playground, animation, and its safe location in a bay away from passing traffic. Family category rooms feature two rooms with an interconnecting door and a sofa bed.

The atmosphere at the hotel is calm, quiet, and relaxed, making it suitable for a family vacation, though it may seem boring to those who prefer an active nightlife. Guests often include tourists from Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Greece, and Russia.
