Review of White Pearl 3*

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Booked a villa for a large group of my family members to stay during my wedding week and experienced the most impolite, arrogant, disgusting behaviour from both their managers (male and female). Not only do they allow you to book through Booking. Com, one of the most reputable online companies, they mislead and cheat you, cancelling your booking without notice and theres nothing Booking. Com can do about it. If you have questions regarding your booking, don't ask them as they simply cannot deal with questions in the manner in which is expected. They were rude and confrontational and were offended because we asked if we could extend our check out time, then spoke to us with such disrespect when we tried to rectify it to agree to their demands. Our booking was suddenly cancelled without informing us because we asked a simple question regarding our agreed check out time. Their behaviour was disgraceful and customer service non existent. I attempted to contact them directly to discuss the unauthorised cancellation and they informed me that they would refuse to speak to us or have us stay and our deposit was being refunded without as much as a valid reason. Their complete lack of empathy, remorse and desire to help us knowing they have left us stranded is despicable behaviour. Do not be fooled by the lavish look of this place. The customer service is what makes a holiday desirable and enjoyable not the place itself and due to their inconsiderate, awful, deceitful manner this place earns its place at the bottom on the pile for customer service out of all the places I have visited.
