Vasilis and Maria are the sweetest hosts, showing amazing hospitality and an authentic experience to meet them! The rooms are spotless clean, and the cleaning service is provided every day with new towels and sheets (providing a luxurious experience). The rooms are classic Greek beautiful style, and very comfortable!
I had to do some remote work, and that worked perfectly with the Wi-Fi and even working at the beautiful garden which has numerous spots for it!

We loved our family trip to Patmos (Aug'23). Μαρια (and her place) has a lot of contribution to our vacation. She and her associate Stavros welcomed us at the arrival of the island and took us to her place with our luggage. We could go by ourselves but this gesture caused a very good start to our trip. Μαρια's house was spotless — so clean that you feel at home right away. There was full kitchenware, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, coffee, water, butter and honey, etc. The house has a garden with fruit trees, flowers and island plants — so comforting to sit at the garden. The house was very comfortable — well decorated and cozy place. The location is a quite/peaceful place, far from the city's noise but close to city center — a 10 minute walk on foot to the harbor. Μαρια was also helpful explaining our way around the island. If I visit Patmos again, I will definitely look for availability of Μαρια's house first.
