It was going so well! Don't know about others on holiday but we love to explore and on the last day, chill by the pool, have a snack and a few drinks to wind down. Check out at 10, transfer not till 16.50, flight at 20.15 to land in England at the equivalent of midnight. Shocked! They cut off bands and told no refreshments or food. You can sit in reception or at the pool which you can use. Really! I have to go down the town to eat, drink and buy water, absolutely shocked! We did not get here till 20.25 on the first night so not had a full day. Up till then was happy! Very clean, good choice of food, staff generally friendly. I came 2 yrs ago and this was not the case, so brought 2 more family with us and was going to bring 6 more next year. Sadly I will. Look elsewhere for next year.
On your last day you are required to check out by 10am, thereafter you are not allowed to use the fully inclusive facilities. They will not even give you a drink of water. Your transfer could be several hours and we have never experienced this in previous all inclusive hotels around the world. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was a totally different experience, hence, our return. We will not be returning again. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the food is very good. Staff on the whole are friendly. This could be an amazing hotel except for the last day where you are treated as a second class citizen. Shame. Darren Mitchell.
