Such a lovely hotel, friendly, calm and peaceful! The staff makes sure each guest feels welcome and important.
From the moment we were met on our arrival we were treated like real friends. Helpful and engaging without being intrusive. They certainly know how to treat their guests. We stayed only 4 nights and wish had been more. Our room had a wonderful balcony with glorious sea views. Accommodation extremely clean and comfortable, breakfast always fresh and delicious with local produce on the menu. Everything was just wonderful! Hope to return soon! I recommend this hotel to anybody wanting an amazing holiday in a country filled with wonderful people, amazing sights, tastes and sounds!

Visited the balcony hotel and restaurant on three separate occasions now, and also got married at this beautiful venue six years ago, Yiannis is an amazing host as well as his fantastic team, the food is superb every time we visit. The building and grounds just get more beautiful every visit and the attention to detail is out of this world! I can’t rave about this stunning scenic venue enough. It’s my favourite place ❤️ Thank you again Yiannis for an unforgettable evening x.

Spectacular for both location and services offered. The friendly and discreet owner speaks Italian. Staff always available. Breakfast on a beautiful terrace complete and abundant both sweet and salty. Perfect.

A very very good cuisine I got a beef steak but my girlfriend grilled salmon we were very satisfied with service and food.

This was just a wonderful meal. The service was great, the wine delicious and the food absolutely amazing. Everything was beautifully cooked and by far the best in the area. Beautiful, romantic views across the bay and it was a very special evening eating in the moonlight. Thank you.

Great 3 Star Hotel with wonderful views. The only thing missing is a pool, everything else is 4 Star plus. Very clean and modern rooms, very good breakfast, very friendly staff. Nice quiet location on the top of a cliff, with lovely walks next door. We will return.

Good value for money. Not enough pool and normal descent to the sea. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help with anything.

This place seems to change the menu a lot. Food is generally good, veggie options are somewhat restricted. Pizza is not the best. View is awesome and service in the evening is quite professional.

Really beautiful hotel! De view from the balcony's are great (we had a room with sea view, a room with sea side view is also very beautiful). You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the food at the restaurant is really great and not expensive. The staff is very friendly. The hotel owns some taxi's which is very handy. Really enjoyed my stay here! Would definitely go there again when going to Zakynthos.

Fabulous family run hotel in an amazing position. The restaurant is superb and you are made to feel more like a guest with a family than an occupier of a room.

We had a fabulous night at the Balcony restaurant. The location is as good as it gets with stunning views over Tsilivi beach. It's also a beautiful place to see the sun set. The restaurant is very clean and modern with both inside and outside dinning. We received a warm welcome from staff who looked after us generally well apart from the woman who brought us to our table who seemed away with the fairies!. The food here is gorgeous and well presented. The menu isn't vast but what is there is amazing. The cocktails we had were the best we had had in Tsilivi. The cost was very reasonable and we would definitely recommend for an evening out. P. S make sure you go to the toilets, they are amazing.

Sensational place for a wedding reception. Staff were amazing. Some absolute fantastic views also. Bar was free so not sure about prices. Only minor issue was some of the toilets were under construction so only had two working. That will be sorted for future guests though so should be fine.

Fantastic sea view from the rooms and from the Hotel restaurant, very nice and clean rooms, good beds, tasty brekfast, friendly staff and atmosphere. Highly recommended!
