Was pointed in the direction where we would find our room. There was no room numbers describing which floor we would find our room, nor anything telling us which way to go (eg: left or right) along the corridors with all out luggage. Our room was nice & big. However, the shower was tiny & too close to the toilet. Our fridge was devoid of most of it's insides. No shelves in the door; no door to the freezer part either. There's all kinds of hidden costs when you arrive at Garden Palace, after you pay the Government tax imposed of €21 for 2 weeks, we were charged €50 for an old safety deposit box, & €30 for 2 weeks for Wi-Fi that didn't work in our room & at times didn't even work around the pool or dining room. There was no sink plugs. We did ask for a plug but there was none available. The towels were grey & shabby, although towels & our room was cleaned every 2 days. The cleaners worked hard.
