Hotel

For me and my wife, Alas is one of the main reasons that we visit Zakynthos. It was the 3rd time we chose for our holidays this beautiful and quite place. Rooms are modern, very clean and all of their balconies have access to the Ionian sea. Also, outside in front of the sea, there are deck chairs if you want to take a swim or to relax. The breakfast is great too. Nikos and Mary are very kind and they will help you a lot to explore this beautiful island. Thanks for everything! We're looking forward to seeing you soon.

A really nice place to visit with family. It is at the edge of town so you will not be left out of the town activities and yet can enjoy the peace and quiet.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast at the hotel is definitely worth a try. The view of the room is absolutely amazing. I would recommend people to stay there in Zakinthos.

Good location, has access to water, friendly staff, a lot of restaurants and cafes near by, good breakfast (freshly cooked daily), clean rooms, cleaned daily.

Stuff is very friendly, very tasty freshly made breakfast, located few minutes on foot from lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms are clean and spacy. There are not too many rooms, so the number of guests is limited, which keeps enough sunbath spots empty.

Our stay at the Alas was truly unforgettable! It's more akin to a bed and breakfast than a hotel with only a few beautiful rooms and a laid back peaceful atmosphere. The grounds are gorgeous! We arrived late, but were instantly welcomed by our hosts who provided us with fabulous dining recommendations. The rooms are perfect and well situated for sightseeing around the island. I highly recommend adding breakfast in the courtyard, the food is delicious and the setting is chill and serene. Afterwards wade out in the crystal clear water off the small dock behind the hotel. If you're nice and jet lagged maybe wake up early to catch the sunrise. I would go back anytime!

Well set up and run small private hotel. Superior rooms pricey but super chill balcony overlooking the water… enjoyed this place. Owners very helpful. Parking lot across the road a short walk from the property.

Everything was perfect! The location was fantastic, the facilities great and the room was really nice, clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the sea. Excellent breakfast and good Wi-Fi. Nikos and Maria were very kind, friendly and helpful. They gave us any support we needed just made our holidays unforgettable. We really enjoy our time there and recommend 100% this place.

This is quite of a unique hotel, great design taste beautifully located on the beach front. Every morning Nicos and Lianka they welcome you with a tasty, delicious organic breakfast. You'll do the load for the full day. They make you feel home, but in a much nicer location. Well done guys! We'll come back!

Alas is a place for all ages and for people who appreciate taste and quality but with the hug of warmness and a welcome feeling. Alas is an aesthetic appeal hotel with an amazing view at the sea, actually its on the sea… Really relaxing and friendly. Prices are really fair and the hotel is newly renovate with excellent taste and materials. …
(I am so bored of this old fashion hotels with dark colors and heavy textiles supposed to be luxury…)
No tourist hunting, no fake smiles and welcomings. Nice music at the reception, really calm and cool guys working there. The hotel was full cause it was a greek holiday, but it was always really tranquil and calm.
You could meet with some people at the front of the hotel with the sunbeds and have small talks about tips for the island or just stay to your room and enjoy.
The beds were really comfortable (i could see the aloe vera sign) and the seats smelling awesome. The weather was not so perfect so we had some time inside our room and it was really cozy, watching the rain and the sea through our big door was like being into the sea. We ordered breakfast just from curiosity and cause it was cheap (10 euros per person)
and then breakfast was on, every day,
Fresh orange juice, greek yoghurt with honey and fruits, bread with marmelades, omellete in the oven, a tart of blue cheese and caramelized onions and strawberry banana muffins.
I mean! Come on! best breakfast ever!
