Myself and a friend stayed here recently and there was issue upon issue with the apartment.
I for sure will not be staying here again!
To start with we arrive and there’s no clear instructions for parking.
No meet and greet just given apartment details and key code.
We stayed in Lillum apartment which is a 2 bedroom apartment.
On arrival it was clear to see the apartment required severe modernisation. The pictures of our apartment were not what were advertised on the website. The kitchen was dated with a large crack in the tiles and wall. There were not enough mugs or glasses provided and one that was provided had a large chip in which posed a risk.
The kitchen and living area was very basic and dark.
The bathroom was by far the worst part of the apartment, it was extremely dated, the bath looked like it had not been cleaned in months with a large quantity of hair in the plug hole that had not been removed.
The holder for the shower was broken so unable to have a proper shower. There were large cracks and breaks in the tiles around the bath. A hot water tank is situated above the bath which took up some of the already tiny showering space in the bath. The internal bathroom window would open but due to the hot water tank was dangerous to have open whilst showering as again takes up space when there’s already limited space. The external part of the bathroom window was broken and completely unable to open.

The bedrooms were of good size but the twin room beds were extremely uncomfortable with clearly old mattresses as able to feel every spring. The beds were not made up properly for our stay and we were left with just 1 sheet to make the bed with, no blankets provided.
The double bedroom bed was also extremely uncomfortable and required a new mattress as every spring could be felt. On further inspection it was clear to see the slats to the bed were broken or missing.
The bedroom had clearly not had a proper clean as makeup and plugs found in drawers within the room.
Throughout our week long stay we were supposed to have a linen and towel change at least once but this never happened.
We were expected to dispose of our own waste but nowhere obvious to dispose of it.
There was air con in the two bedrooms but none in kitchen/living space. The remotes screens didn’t work so we were unable to see what setting the aircon was on. The outside machine that functions the aircon was loud and leaking water during our stay. As this was outside the double bedroom doors you could here this overnight as old and noisy.
There was a distinct lack of electrical points throughout the apartment and the one that was in the main bedroom was loose and temperamental with when it worked. This poses an extreme hazard and should be urgently addressed.
The electrics throughout the apartment are from the dark ages and in desperate need of modernisation.

On complaining to the owner we were told someone would cone and look at it.
We returned from being out and no one had been to resolve the issues.
At 6:30pm when we were about to go out for dinner someone turned up who spoke little/no English and couldn’t understand what our problems were.
She then went and found a plunger for the bath plug hole but it required cleaning prior to using to unblock drain.
We were then pointed to blankets to put on the beds as extra “padding” to the mattresses. These did very little to make the beds comfortable.
There was no apology or refund or even offer of a different apartment despite the complaints raised.

I would highly recommend against staying here & express my disappointment at the false advertisement of the apartments on various platforms! The apartments are nothing like what is advertised.
I feel so disappointed with our stay here on what would have been otherwise a lovely holiday.

The only slight positive note to these apartments is their location & views are good.
