The owners are very professional, extremely helpful and polite and the foods excellent.

We have just arrived back from a short stay, was perfect get away, the staff were amazing so friendly, couldn't do enough for you, we had such a lovely time thank you every one at oula.

Amazing staff. Go out they’re way to look after you. Rooms very basic but who wants to stay in there room on holiday.

Great residence, clean, well cared for, friendly staff is available starting from Giovanni (Javier) to all the staff… Surely we will return ❤️😘 Forza Napoli.

Just got back from the best holiday we’ve had in ages! Our family have never been made to feel so welcome. Yanis and Emma are so lovely and cannot do enough for you. We loved it so much we’ve already booked for next year! Thank you both for an amazing holiday ❤️ Ps Little teddy is still looking for his ball!

Good size swimming pool, always clean and 5 stars management.

As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Yiannis the manager who showed us to our room and how to work the safe.
The apartments are clean but basic.
Food at the bar is of a high standard and drinks are reasonably priced.
My wife went for a walk one day and got lost. She was looking for a bakers shop that sold spanakopita.
When she didn’t return after a while I said to Yiannis that I wondered what had happened to her.
He immediately offered to take me in his car and try to find her.
I said to him to wait for 10 minutes and If she hadn’t returned that we would go and look for her.
Fortunately she had retraced her steps and managed to find her way back to Oula.
In other words Yiannis, Emma his fiancée and everyone there go the extra mile to look after you.

Welcomed with open arms from the moment we arrived by Yannis and the team we felt like part of the family. Food was fantastic, Location was ideal and excellent facilities. Best hotel I’ve stayed at. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Kavos. Baby Robyn says hello, missing you guys already!

5*****, Emma, Yannis made us feel so welcome and our family loved our holiday. Back to normality now. Nickos also makes fantastic cocktails and Jenny makes the perfect iced coffee. food throughout the day and evenings were fantastic. The food was amazing and the Greek night we had was such an amazing experience for our family and friends of 11 people. my boy Harrison loves selling his artwork to the staff. loved it many thanks for making great memories with us.

Nice hotel. Bit dated but still a very enjoyable stay. Close enough to the nightlife but far enough away to relax.

First time here and possibly not the last. The apartments look amazing from the outside. Clean and tidy on the inside. Staff are very friendly and the room was cleaned I'd say almost every day, fresh linen and towels every couple of days. The local shops and nightlife are a 5 minute walk from oula. The arkodillas beach was a let down, stones and ants and a 30 minute hike up and down just to get there. We used the beach alongside baby G's restaurant a few times it was so much better than Arkodillas. Could do with a clean up after thee nightly parties holiday makers have in the evenings though Only have one complaint and it's got nothing to do with the apartments the wasps are a pain and the sneaky mosquitos eat as much as they can.

That is to say: the perfect place for families or young people. The ideal place from where to go and visit the island. Recommended holiday with car or rent a scooter, quad or car. Rooms perfect, staff friendly, manager that best not has ever known, daily cleaning of the accommodation satisfactory. Pool, relaxation, silence, tranquility, but also music and entertainment from morning to late evening. It was all perfect. Thanks.

Perfect place to spend your holiday.

Oula Maisonettes proves to be a beautiful village with a swimming pool that is breathtaking. One of its conveniences is that there are cleaning ladies who Polish and wash ashore every day and the towels changed once a week! Later, when you rent the apartment at 1 or 2 levels would you give them : pillows, cutlery, cups, glasses and pots and pans. I spent my holiday in that place with my family for 10 days and I was without words!

Nice and friendly and very clean and comfortable nothing to much trouble and lovely friendly staff just out side kavos town so nice and quiet short walk to beach loved it will be going again thank you all for a great fortnight.

Great location on the outskirts of Kavos means you can take or leave whichever elements suit you best. The team at Oula are professional, friendly and welcoming.

Came her for a wedding had a great time, highly recommend great people very welcoming, rooms lovely and clean, will definitely go back, the owner and family are lovely, food was reasonably priced and nice, kavos town only a short stroll away, great with kids we would of loved to have stayed longer. It was a great apartment block big pool and big apartment the only Downside are a very long drive from the airport (worth the wait though) and Dodd isn't great but it's still descent some meals are amazing some not so good but all in all its a great place to stay great for families and a great place also great restaurants in the town which is so close to the apartments and the entrance to the beach is in the town.

Good localization, professional, nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms with nice views. Best holiday ever. Truly recommend this place!

Went on my first girls holiday here last week! I can't tell you how lovely the hotel is. The staff are lovely, kind, caring and very helpful. They even carried my case up the stairs because it was too heavy for me. The food was lovely. Can't go wrong with 24hr pizza after being on a night out and even to top it off a 24hr bar :) I will 100000% be going back. Loved everything about it! Thank you Yannis, Emma and all the other lovely staff. See you all soon xxx.
