Very clean friendly and family run. Close to the beach, close enough to use the amenities of kavos without the noise of being in town.

Great place, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

Just returned from Nikos Villas and loved every minute of it. The owners treat you like family rather then guests and go above and beyond to make your stay one to remember. The food, service, hospitality are second to none. It's distance to kavos is a short stroll away and it is in a central location to gain access to local beaches. The owner is more then happy to direct you towards all the local attractions and will even help you with your transport needs. Don't be put off by the southern location because travelling all around Corfu is easy to do in a car and doesn't take much of your time. We'll be back next year!

We’re do I start, what a lovely place to stay, we originally came out for Kavos and all it offered and found all that we needed right at the hotel. We planned on staying out all night but ended up staying in all night at the bar, we didn’t want or feel the need to go anywhere else we felt right at home! The hotel is run by Nikos and his beautiful family, they go above and beyond to make your stay the best you could possibly have! If you discard this hotel due to its distance… away from the strip you are insane, it’s €7 in a taxi and they will make sure ur ok when u arrive back after your drunken night out. These lovely people realy care about there guests and it makes the diffrence! I will 100% be back next year, thank you for such a special holiday Xxxxx.

Stayed here for one week all I can say is WOW! Yes it’s a 40 min walk to Kavos or €7 in a taxi! But why go out? The family run hotel we have stayed in has the best service I have ever had! The food is amazing! Nikos one word LEGEND! There is nothing they won’t do for you! I would highly recommend this hotel to any one looking too book! We will be back here again next year! And that is a definite! Maybe even this year! Nikos and family we thank you for a memorable holiday that we will never forget.

We stayed here in the last week of the season 2017. Had a great time. The room was cleaned daily. The pool was enjoyed by my 2 year old son everyday. Everyone was really friendly and the bar food served was also reasonably priced along with a nice selection of cocktails to choose from. We did however, need to take a taxi in to Kavos as the walk was too much for my young son. Would recommend to others.

A nice place to stay, and clean and tidy. A great outdoor pool and the atmosphere is nice. But the shower and toiled need updating.

Just arrived home last night from staying at Nikos Villas, was a fantastic week, place is just beautiful n tranquil, from moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Pool area is stunning, bar area is fab when u need to cool down, food is great and rooms are clean. Throughout our stay Nikos and Debbie were fantastic hosts-nothing was problem and such friendly people, look forward to my next visit to u guys. Thank you both for a such a great holiday xx.

Fantastic location. Affordable. Nikos and Debbie are lovely. Beach 5-10mins (walk) away that stretches about 6miles or km. Shallow seawater so you can swim/wade to port or restaurants and resorts. Shops get cheaper the further away you go! ATM about 15-25mins (depending on heat and walking speed) away outside affordable shop. Family friendly. Flat area (good for those less fit) NO OVERT RACISM OR PREJUDICE EXPERIENCED in the locality) English brekki €4 Alcoholic drinks €5

At all people out there… come to nikos villas. Is one of the best places I did ever seen in greece. The owners are friendly and cool people. The room is clean, the food is delicious and the pool is beautyfull. Its nearly to the beach.
All in all is it a great place. I looove it.
