Excellent hotel, professional service.
Extremely friendly staff always ready to make your stay an unforgettable one. In short, this is best value for money you can get in Chania.
➜ I point out the extreme rudeness of the receptionist who treated me and my partner as plagued only because they were Italians, disinfecting with a disgusting air everything we touched only to then let a Greek woman enter the reception who had to ask for road information without even making her wear a mask. This is called discrimination! Shameful and unforgivable attitude! I hope it will be taken over by the owner. The hotel in any case is old and shabby, the photos on the internet are deceiving.
