We had a great stay (3 nights) at Mirabile. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and the interior is beautifully designed, we also enjoyed the spa bath and the patio. The staff is super nice and helpful!
We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Chania!

The apartment is perfectly equipped. Good and stable Wifi Internet. You can order free cleaning and replacement of towels every 3 days. I highly recommend.

Anna went way above and beyond her responsibility. Our flight got cancelled and we arrive 5hours late. Anna waited for us even though she had other appointment. And even though her self check in instructions were very clear, she waited for us so she could show us how things work in the apartment. And she response within minutes.
The price is below market rate but the apartment is 5 star hotel. Every thing is new and working.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Dasyra! The room was clean, spacious with a lovely terrace that was ideal for meals and drinks! Right in the middle of Old Town Chania an excellent choice if you are visiting the town. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars. It was also quiet and had very relaxed sleep at night. Highly recommend for your stay! Special thanks to Michalis (the owner) for all the help finding places and activities to do. Amazing people thank you so much for making our holidays so nice!

Mike (Eleni’s son) was amazing the entire time during our stay. From booking taxis to checking in on us, it was perfect down to the minute detail. Always responsive and friendly he made our stay an incredible experience.

Very nice room, with a balcony. Even if it is situated in the historical center, it is a quite room. 300m away from the free public parking. Nice host, very helpful with everything. Breakfast was very good with a lot of food, across the street. Difficult to go upstairs for a person with disabilities. Overall there were 5 awesome nights.

Location is perfect — in the old town but on a quieter street.
Rooms have been remodeled and are fabulous. Breakfast at their restaurant across the street was very tasty.
Since in Old Town (and no cars allowed), you do need to park and walk 10min to the hotel.

We spent three nights here and we felt like royalty! I have never said "Wow! " so many times about a hotel experience. The hotel staff has thought of everything to make your stay an amazing experience. Every staff member will greet you with eye contact and a huge smile.
Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view. The location was next to the lighthouse walking distance to numerous restaurants. The rooftop has a gorgeous view.
The price is very reasonable for everything you get.

Our our most enjoyable stay back in May 2016. We cannot wait to be back once covid is sorted. Wonderful place. Thank you Nikolas and team.

An excellent apartment inside the old city of Chania!
If we want to talk about the positive things in this apartment I have to mention the following:
* maybe the best possible location inside the old city based on my opinion. The room is directly on the pedestrian street of Chania but also less than 100m to the public parking! Also next to the door there are decent options for breakfast and a mini Market.
* exceptionally for the old city of Chania the apartment is shiny new!

Fabulous location. Perfect for the alleys and restaurants of the old town. Quirky but clean rooms.

Everything was clean and comfortable. A lovely room with a small outside courtyard and spiral staircase to the roof. The room was small, but that didn't matter as it's right in the heart of Chania Old Town — who wants to stay inside in such a beautiful place?
It's a short walk with bags through the narrow lanes of Chania where traffic is prohibited, but definitely worth staying right in the heart of the beautiful harbour with all it's restaurants and cafés.

The best part of Casa Veneta is meeting and talking with the owner Stavros. He is a charming honest person who used to be a physics teacher. We enjoyed spending time with him. I originally contacted with him in 2019 for 2020 summer stay, however, due to the pandemic, I had to cancel. Despite of the fact that the reservation was non-refundable, he returned me the entire cost. This time, finally when we were ready to visit Greece, I had no doubt to took with Casa Veneta!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Casa Veneta. A gorgeous building in the heart of beautiful Chania Old Town and by the sea. Right by the amazing Pulse vegan restaurant too! The host couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We were very sad to leave and would love to go back one day.

Deep in Old Town, but inside the calm picturesque street. Private table and chairs next to the entrance. Imaginatively arranged suite. And very helpful host. You can fix everything. Nearly ☺

Fantastic Hideaway thats quirky bourjois with a sense of unique eclectic style. Its hot tub is a key feature and highly recommend for those who are looking for something with some character. Michalis is an excellent host and always welcomes you with greek hospitality. Love the room with the roof top terrace.

Great experience and friendly staff.

This review is for the spa. I recently visited with a friend for a morning of pampering. The concierge was very helpful and accommodating in scheduling our appointments. Both of our therapists were absolutely fantastic and professional. We both enjoyed facials which included hand, foot, and scalp massages as well. The atmosphere in the spa is very calm and relaxing and the hotel building itself is beautifully restored. I would recommend the spa to anyone needing some self care and relaxation.

Kind and great location.

Price/performance fits. Mattresses are quite hard, but we had a room with a totally nice little balcony overlooking the small beautiful alleys and the sea. Breakfast was also OK. I recommend room 202. Fridge and air conditioning are also available. Reception very friendly. The location is great. 👍

Best breakfast buffet ever had as so extensive.

We have visited Chania twice in the course of two weeks. The first time we booked a room in pension Lena, which had an amazing location and very homely atmosphere. On our way back to Chania, we contacted Lena(the owner) who was extremely nice and helpful to us. ||This time we got a room in hotel Hera, which was an upgrade from our previous room. While we loved the previous room (obviously, since we wanted to rent it again) we were just astonished seeing our 'studio' in hotel Hera.

This cute hotel was perfect. It is located on a cute little street in the old venetian port of chania. The owner, Lena, is very kind and helpfull. She arranged an early check-in for us since we arrived in Chania at 6 am. Our balcony had a view on the cute little street and on the ocean. The location was perfect since we were able to visit everything by foot, old port, market, city center, beaches and more. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near the hotel.
