Sitia Beach City Resort & Spa

Hello, for information I am currently staying room 235 if the manager wishes to see me. Positive point: the welcome and the very pleasant staff thank you to them! Negative point: booking a room with garden view terrace while we have a magnificent room with parking view with garbage collectors several times a day. (We asked to change and despite the hotel being 40% full request refused from management). Question beach passage live from the hotel view dump and garbage cans. The cleaning service with the vacuum cleaner is 7am. Kettle with sugar and milk but no coffee in the room. Why not. And then the evening meal that has 21h removes the dishes and we ask several times if we finished at 21:10 to close the doors. In short question qualities correct price I am honest. But this is not a 5 star. Good luck.

Great stay in Sitia beach. The Fram team with Éline Adrien and Alexandre top!. Hotel big but not too just perfect for a friendly holiday and to be able to exchange with French holidaymakers. Decent and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The spa is the little extra. Well located to visit this corner of the island.

The calm of this hotel on a human scale, the great animation team led by Antoine and Estelle who do the maximum for us holidaymakers. Nathalie, responsible for the excursions is also very professional and source of valuable advice for the discovery of the island! The fresh juices made in front of us at breakfast are also a plus of this hotel. We recommend this pleasant hotel where you feel very good.

Very good: clean, calm, smiles… except that … lack of entertainment (daytime, music at the bar), the buffet is always the same, no themed evening.
Otherwise great: nice encounters and pretty region.
Really black point: animation!

Hello are guests with my husband at vs ds this hotel for 25 years this month. This is a superb hotel the staff is tip top to small care. Very attentive The director of the Anna Hotel. Never stops it makes it always so that ns customers are fine stay. That nothing is lacking are more than delighted with this establishment.
