Very comfortable and good hotel. The rooms are very clean and daily maintained so. I spent my vacancy here from 20 to 27 of July this Summer. A very special and dedicated friendly Hotel Manager, and a special and friendly personnel everywhere. Hardworking young personnel serving when necessary. I really appreciate everybody there, Giorgos, Stergios, Manos, the very talented ocassional bartender Georgia, and I apologise for not knowing everybody else's name. Hope to see you again my friends!

Thank you for our stay. Outstanding staff by his kindness and professionalism. Excellent meal, always fresh and varied. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms mattress on top. Super hotel very well located in the centre of the shops and the beach. Ideal for a visit to the peak which is a beautiful island. Family-owned hotel, away from large structures, kudos to the sergios hotel keep you have it all figured out
we will come back one day without hesitation.

Nice staff, not much for vegetarians, but food alright. Plenty near the hotel 10-15 minute walk to Star Beach worth the effort.

Just got back from our stay at the Sergios Hotel, we had a lovely time the staff were lovely, the food was excellent, we really couldnt fault the place. Thankyou Rasa for all your help and to the other girl on reception, sorry I cant remember your name. Thanks to everyone that made our holiday so special.

Staff excellent! Everything was good, but bedroom a little bit too noisy!

The hotel was clean, the smell from our bathroom was terrible had a very bad view from our room just over grown olive trees, towels wasn’t changed we had to ask. It was very hot in Crete and we wasn’t allow to sit in the garden area after 11pm, couldn’t see what the big deal was to sit in the garden area. The food serviced cold food hardly warm. Crete it’s self was lovely wouldn’t return to this hotel.

It has to be the staff but especially Luigi in the front bar, amazing at his job in everyway, he really did make our holiday!

Very friendly staff, rooms are regular, but with small bathrooms. Recommending higher floors due to busy street. Very soft beds — call beforehand if you have back problems. Food was great — daily sweets, salad and specials bar in addition to normal food. All inclusive does not skimp out on alco, but the sodas are offbrand. Ice available. Paid AC — 6e/day — in lower floors is needed. Absolutely downtown, everything is close — restaurants, bars and shops. 15 min of walk from the nearest big supermarket. Beach only 2 min of walk — 8e/day for 2 beds and umbrella, sandy and regular waves. Absolutely worth the price — service and experience, very comfortable but not luxurious, if that's what you're looking for.

Nice hotel, situated comfortably near the bus stop. Easy to get from the airport (30-40 euro by taxi or by bus straightvfrom the airport around 7-8 euro). Not on the first line, but it doesn't matter, because the beaches are small and inconvenient. Better go to malia or stalida. Polite and helpful staff. The rooms were clean, no bath curtains like in other reviews, everything is new and modern. The food is ok, probably, a bit the same, but I don't care, I eat the same food all the time. The owner organises several shows a week, whichbis pretty nice. There is a swimming pool, not very big though. If I ever have a chance to visit Hersonisos again I would definitely choose this hotel.

We had really nice stay there, everything what you can expect from three star hotel. Close to the nice beach.

Great staff, good food, very nice rooms. Even music in dining room was pleasant. ;) Everything was well cared.

The hotel is well located in the city and beaches. Friendly staff especially Mister cocktails. Good bedding but noisy room side street and doors slamming rooms.

Nothing to complain about the price, competent staff and friendly brief without hesitation.

3 stars for a three star place. Very friendly staff, excellent service, large rooms with balconies, comfortable beds (it is rare to come across these). Foodwise: good tzatziki and some mediocre items on the buffet, but mostly food that had not gotten the cooking it deserved. Somewhat outdated structure and small pool. Lots of noisy Russian women (except those with children), no sound-insulation whatsoever.

Great hotel, lovely staff, tasty and varied food. The sea nearby, shops within walking distance. The rooms are standard, clean, had a huge balcony, with views of the sea. We all liked it and would gladly come again.

Excellent hotel. All inclusive buffet with a good variety of dishes. Nice, small and clean rooms, large balcony. Quietly, there was no noise, the staff are welcoming, the sea is close at hand. There is a pool and sunbeds.

With the weather from 25.04 very lucky. I was happy to go to the beach near caravan camping. The food is varied, tasty.

Was there last year in June! Very good location, in the centre of town, not even 3 minutes to the beach! The hotel is very cozy, not big but also not small, very well furnished, you feel very comfortable there! Great staff, very helpful and friendly!

We took the time to choose this hotel from dozens of proposed hotels.
In the end we are delighted because very good value for money.
The hotel is sober but very friendly and the facilities are well maintained, the staff is very helpful and attentive to the customer, the staff speaks very good English and at the reception one of the receptionists speaks very well the French, the customer satisfaction is their priority. For a 3 * and in all in the diversity of the dishes and the quality and the appointment. Drinks are self-service from 10am to midnight. Wine and cocktail beers on demand. The hotel is ideally located 1 minute from a bus stop in a shopping street and 3 minutes from the beach. The room is well apart from the bathroom a little run down (shower tray with curtain that sticks to your skin as soon as you take your shower, this point is quite unpleasant and uncomfortable), but there are concessions to be made to arrive at a price per person and per night defying any competition.
We had however a small problem of clogged shower line and whose water was coming back into the bathroom, flooding part of it but the Lady of the reception was reactive she came to clean and the next day someone came to repair during the Breakfast.
Be careful to stay objective and not compare this hotel to a 5 * whose room price is 2 to 4 X more expensive.
The hotel is attentive to the customer and I know they all do to improve day by day.

The location of Sergios hotel is superb! The food was great and overall had a good time of our stay!

Clean, kind and helpful staff, great food, near the stop 22, easy to get to and from the airport, near the beach and lots of shops, minus-very small shower, all inevitably flooded with water.

I was staying here for 2 weeks and loved this place. Very comfortable staying, friendly helpfull staff, tasty food, good room with a nice view. Receptionist is always ready to solve all your problems. Absolutely will come here again.

Nice stay and friendly staff, especially the barman! The room was OK, nothing too special. Only downside was the size of the shower that lead to a sticky shower curtain. The all-inclusive menu was OK and you get a discount on the drinks that are not inclusive (brand drinks like Malibu, there is an included free option though). If you leave the hotel you can still use the services like a shower or something to drink, that was really nice of them!

The hotel is situated in the city centre. Everything is furnished comfortably and updated. The food is very delicious, it is a gastronomy miracle. The service is polite. The staff is kind and helpful especially Manos (thank you for everything :-) and Irini). I can recommend it to everybody! We will miss this place and those people :-)

Service staff are very welcome, wonderful and smiling, pleasure. Very tasty foods and delicious. Not far from beach and Disco Palm Beach one of the best also … Who knows about …) I recommend this Hotel.

Hotel is very nice! Good meal, not far from the sea. A lot of shops are near. Great place.

I would recommend this hotel. The kitchen is varied, there is always something to choose. Desserts are different every day. Staff relations are good, you can see that they want to please.

Very nice hotel, clean and enjoyable, not far from the beach. The hotel crew is friendly and speak good english. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are very delicious. Also in the bar thy serve white and red wine, beer and many kind of long drinks. I recomend this hotel everyone, who want to feel good holiday atmosphere.

Hotel to discover, staff friendly, close to the beach to consume without moderation!

We were there in September 2012. The hotel is good and is complete. The Wi-Fi reception is great especially in the entrance area. On the second floor only with best reception possible.
The food is negative. There is nothing, except a Greek Salad, which would be suitable for human consumption. High but definitely good, we could at least everything keep.!
The service was always trouble.
