Just returned from a 2 weeks holiday with my husband. Cannot fault it. Staff first class. Wonderful food lots of choice, lunchtime food hot and cold as well as evening meal. Rooms spotlessly clean. Nothing too much trouble. Pool gleaming. Entertainment most nights, activities during the day. Perfect for families and couples. Mixed nationalities. Bus into Heraklion at the top of the street. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Hotel on the beach, free sun beds private. Planning to return wonderful holiday.

Really nice welcome could not do enough for us even though it was 2.30am, very clean, room small but ok, plenty of spaces to sit day and night. No shops for my partner to disappear always a plus lol.

You get what you have booked, the Food is plentiful and delicious, Rooms and entire Hotel Complex are clean, the Staff very friendly, am really satisfied and can not understand some nonsensical Reviews.

Really good food. The room we got was on the small side with a really small toilet and shower. A family room. Real beds though a bit hard for my personal taste. Fresh and good service and nice staff. If the room would be nicer and bigger for a family of 4 it would be 5 stars. Medium sized pool and a small pool for kids. Recommended for family's.

We have just booked our holiday (in May 2018) with you again.
We were already 4 x with you and have always spent beautiful days.
We are always thrilled by the hotel, the beach, the delicious food and the graciousness of the Great crew.
We have also been able to convince several friends of you and bring new people next time too.
We would be delighted if we could get nice rooms again, preferably with a view over the terrace.
Even if it takes a little longer, we are already looking forward to seeing you again.

Clean, tidy, quite. Bud food is too salty, all inclusive bar is not so good. Drinks are mixed using unlabeled bottles.

Can not fault the place, food and the staff. Only down side is not much to do in the evening unless you like a lot of walking to the nearest shops, other than that place is spotless, staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are a little small for a family but they're manageable.

Just back from a week with the wife just excellent for a chill out week on the beach with good food great quality accommodation and good mix of nationalities so all catered for. AI package is ideal and the food selection is more than perfect for a weeks stay. Love that they look after the local cats and have a dedicated area this reflects their customer service ethos and caring attitude. Most definitely recommended and we will return.

Good hotel for a lazy beach holiday.

Brilliant… The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room, the restaurant and the hotel in general are of impeccable cleanliness… Very nice private beach… I recommend it to either families or couples or singles… around a lot of shops of any kind, tavernas and cafes. Accessible bus lines, car rental etc…

We stayed at Smartline Neptuno Beach at the end of July for 10 days. This was a completely successful holiday that we will never forget! About the hotel there is nothing bad to say, the location was perfect, the food was varied and tasty and the service as well as the animation were also very good! We really liked the fact that we got a premium double room without paying an extra charge. Thank you for this great holiday!

We stayed a week at Smartline Neptuno Beach and had a successful holiday with a few smears.
In particular, we were disturbed by the drinks, which partly tasted for chlorine. Our complaint about this was ignored and led to the fact that despite all inclusive we had to organize the water in the nearby supermarket itself.
In addition, the rooms were not made in one day, the next day the towels were forgotten. Overall, the cleaning of the rooms should have been more thorough during the stay.
Apart from that we enjoyed the varied food, the friendly staff, as well as the animation and the adequate beach and pool chairs.

Sun. 10 beautiful days in your hotel sin passed too fast. Thanks for the nice days. Hotel, rooms very well maintained. Food great. Also the local drinks very tasty. Thank you Anna and Michael, thanks also to the whole service team and the animation. Those who decide for Neptuno Beach will not regret it. The Sandstrant with natural shade (trees) is great. We had rented the whole holiday a car and the location of the hotel for excursions is simply ideal. 5 * * * * * stars for this hotel.

Just back from this lovely hotel spent with family. Very helpful, friendly staff, made to feel very welcome. Lovely rooms, cleaned everyday, fresh towels daily. Beach/pool towels supplied with a deposit can be changed every 2 days. All staff work very hard. Food very good although a bit repetitive, only complaint we had was not much choice for kids as we were there with our 3 year old granddaughter & struggled some days for something she would eat. Animation team work very hard to entertain guest during the day & evening. Very good with kids.

Staff very attentive and friendly, pity that the French tourist is harmed on the language very little understood and spoken.

This is a hotel that is very clean! The sea is only a few meters from the hotel (very convenient! ) in addition the facilitators are very simpa :D! The staff is good as well (not speak very well French) It is enough to speak a bit of English and it goes well! The food is good. The only small negative point is that it is a little noisy (level soundproofing is not top top! ). I the. Recomande of course!

A hotel that is suitable for all ages and whether thick or thin, no one looks at Markel of the other guests. Staff german/English languages and trying every desire of the eyes from reading and the animation team provides plenty of fun and entertainment. The beach is absolutely brilliant and maintained on all cases again come!
