We really enjoyed our stay at this family run hotel. The hotel is peaceful and a short walk from the centre of Artemonas. From there you can walk down to Apolonia on a lovely walkway through the white island houses or you can catch the bus down to the different parts of the island.
The owner was great, friendly and had a good sense of humor, which made us feel right at home from the start.
The rooms were simple, very clean, and well-kept, exactly what we needed. What also really stood out, was the restaurant downstairs run by the same owner with family cooked Greek dishes. Hands down, some of the best food we had during our time on Sifnos.
If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable base with excellent food and warm hospitality, this place is definitely worth considering.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Artemon. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of this lovely family-run hotel made us feel completely at home. The rooms are clean, comfortable with thoughtful details that show how much care the family puts into everything.
The location is perfect—peaceful yet just a short walk to the center of Apollonia, making it easy to explore the beautiful island of Sifnos. The family running it are incredibly welcoming, kind, and always happy to help with anything you might need. Highly recommended!

I haven't stayed at the hotel so I cannot comment however the restaurant is really good; the best during our stay in Sifnos. The food is traditional but really tasty and comes with large portions. Try the potatoes salad and the milk veal which are a must try. The owner is a really nice host too so you won"t regret your evening there.
