Unfortunately, we cannot fully share the opinions, but whatever the point of view matters. We had the impression that the hotel is designed for regulars and the rest is taken with you. The house sheet says that if you have problems with the mattress, you should contact the lady. That's what we did because my husband's mattress was extremely too soft and he was able to sleep badly in it due to his lung disease. The lady at the reception also promised to commission the caretaker right away. So far so good … when we came back in the evening was a 1 m board around bed! Maybe I see this too tight but a board in a 4 star house? There was a designated disabled parking space that we used to take advantage of, however, with the notice of the reception that if there was another one on it we would be unlucky and could look for a place in one of the opposite parking spaces. You could not pay attention to who is entitled or not to park on it. For what reason I then have to specify my car registration plate. However, €7 per day was taken into account in a moment. It's not about €7n but if a person needs this incoming parking justifiable way (no matter who's not just us) then we find it sad to cash in!
Breakfast buffet was ok, but it was surprising that there were baking buns when the house has sea observatory an in-house bakery. But everyone sees it differently.
As I said, regular guests will certainly feel comfortable and that's a good thing, but we wouldn't recommend the house to friends and acquaintances.
