Beautiful large apartment with 2 bedrooms, a loggia and terrace, the villa is slightly elevated on a hill and the beach is only 100-200 meters away.

Apartment 1/2 booked via ihr-usedomurlaub. De: Charming, shady apartment with a beautiful winter garden, well-equipped kitchen and good beds. However, people are apparently relying on the charm of the old rooms: the rooms urgently need painting, the Biedermeier furniture is worn out, various upholstery is stained, the tablecloth is covered in coffee stains, the living room carpet is past its prime and the garden furniture is happily weathering away, the weeds grows on the terrace, the facade is full of cobwebs, there are leftover candles from the previous ones everywhere, smoke detectors are missing in all the rooms. The cut is not suitable for everyone: the small bedroom is only accessible via the large one, separated by a sliding door. Behind it there is an anteroom to the locked second entrance and the second bathroom with a super small toilet sink. In the living room there is only a locked old cupboard and therefore no place to store books or games. There is no wardrobe or storage space in the hallway — lots of square meters, but not much that is really usable. Together with the parking space at the end of Waldbühnenweg behind the rental agency, it's not really comfortable and the price-performance ratio is definitely not right for me. It's a shame, because the potential is there.

Well, you can do it… But for the price I would have expected a little more. Sofa bed with mold stains and a terrace that is not really maintained. No parking space at the house in certain apartments.
