We were very satisfied. The breakfast was great and the staff always very nice. Also the massage in the spa was very nice. We only have a few criticisms, which really bothered us, that the bed linen although it was obviously full of sand and stains (which unfortunately cannot be avoided with a toddler if you only have one room) did not change or only put it together. And when the ceiling was knocked back, all the sand and the stains were still in bed. The black decorative pillows in the bed were already dirty when we moved in and were not washed. Then I would rather omit them if they are not washed regularly, even if they are part of the design concept. The kettle, which we received on request, was unfortunately totally calcified and should be cleaned. Otherwise we were really very satisfied and the situation is unbeatable.

On our Baltic Sea tour we also stopped here, fantastic! A place to feel good. My wife surprised me with this hotel, more than positive! Thank you for the incredible spa treatments! The food is also a pleasure down to the last detail.

By Far the most beautiful Hotel in Binz. It is located right on the Pier.
The Hotel is very classy. All Employees are very courteous.
The Breakfast Buffet is very varied and no matter what you take, everything is really delicious.
The Rooms are beautifully furnished, with large Windows and comfy Beds.
The Spa Is just great. A beautiful Saltwater pool is perfect for Rainy Days where you can't lie on the Beach. Then there are various Saunas And Applications such as Massages. Fruit and fresh Water are also available For guests.
The all-round Service, the Design and the perfect Location make the Ceres a special Experience.
We were also already there with our Dogs, these were treated just as well there as we were. There was always fresh Water and loads of Petting Units. :)

Zimmer was heavily soiled. Armchair was unusable. Curtains full of stains. Pillow was soiled. Balcony railings full of spider webs. Shower was very calcified. Light in the bathroom partially broken. We were already there on the day of arrival at about 12am 00 and wanted to hand over the luggage before. We were treated very condescendingly and the young woman at the reception was just giggling around instead of greeting us and taking care of our concerns. Unfortunately, it was still not finished at shortly after 15:00 and the staff at the reception didn't even know that we were already there about 3 hours before. The luggage was also forgotten and not taken to the room and had to be picked up by us below. The reception seems to be very disorganised throughout. My name was also incorrectly written off the reservation and only finally mended after the 2nd expressive descriper. On departure, no one inquired if the stay was OK.
All in all a nice hotel, good by service only if it has been charged extra.

The service was amazing and friendly. The ambiance was classy, modern and not too chic. But the Food! Oh my God, it was amazing.

Beautiful, generous design. It doesn't get tight or loud. High quality. Pleasant staff. Very good cuisine. Gorgeous SPA. Best location. Price also equal outside the season (high). Doesn't attract some crowds … Recommended. Privately run.

We didn't feel taken seriously. The décor is really nice but unfortunately impractical.
Our expensive room with a view of the lake was in fact a sight of the "Duckstein festivities" on the promenade from the first floor. The request for a different room was rejected. Even repeated inquiries found no hearing. What a pity. The Benachtbarte 4 star hotel in the square is better in all matters about lengths! The reception staff does not fit into an alleged 5 star hotel.
Only the breakfast was outstanding and the staff here at 5 star level. The staff here have made our stay beautiful. Thanks for the breakfast crew.
Addendum: There was no early departure and certainly not a "meet". It's the glass jam.
We booked by phone, there were no mention of the festivities. And, hopefully, you will not feel positive when your guests emphasize in the "final discussion", check out, that they do not book again here.
They confuse here our freunliche manners with their disinterest.
Your reaction to our critique emphasizes how far away Ceres is at the seaside of service of a 5 star house.

Stylishly furnished rooms with a beautiful view of the sea with the jetty (great sunrises and-sunsets included). Directly to the right of the jetty is also a good fish shack.
The breakfast at the hotel leaves nothing to be desired.
and a private dinner in the room is also not to be despised.
It's a pity that parking costs extra for the price. That gives a funny aftertaste…

Nice boutique hotel in a prime location. Very good restaurant with friendly, competent service. Also here you can find the hair in the soup, but we were very satisfied.
Garage is right in the house and the rooms to the sea have a fantastic view of the pier. The spa area is small but fine — could be a bit cleaner.
Very comfortable lounge/living room with XXL TV.

The hotel Ceres in Binz has been part of my short list of selected hotels since 2007. It is a design hotel with a top location right on the beach, right on the pier. Arriving and forgetting the time is capitalized here with the entire team. The rooms are designed with a dark parquet, everything is designed and built on a very high quality standard for the highest standards. The best rooms and conditions are Luxembourgish directly in the house. As a special treat, the hotel has been offering the Porsche service for a few years. Currently there are two great Porsche 911 Carrera models ready for a half day to explore the island (price 10/2017 198, — EUR for 100 km) that's enough, because the island isn't that big. Keep it up!

Absolutely amazing hotel and service. Stayed in the tower-suite — so beautiful with top service and the best view in Binz.

Very nice location just by the waterfront. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and good areas to relax in. Take a timeout in the Spa with four different saunas, away from the crowded beach.

The hotel staff were friendly, the rooms very comfortable, and the location was perfect for visitng the beach, shopping, and as a starting point for daily excusrions.

Must be the truth!
I had applied to the post of Director of the hotel and was invited to the interview. Here voted an appointment via email with the owner on the spot to meet. In the email was pointed out clearly that no travel costs to interview be taken over? I know this from the 5 star hotel industry does not, but I thought nothing further in. My journey took 7 hours With the railway. The complete Ceres was shown by the human resources department in 10-minute world arrived on the spot… I need 1 hour in my current company The quick run. Also the House me — here is by no means did closer his story must-attend event. Was that the owner was still on the way and he would come to me later informed me then, therefore I should be with the personnel department and a lady from the I don't know until today what she has in the home, that job interview start. Started and after 20 minutes the Lady informed me, that you make a call to and comes right back. We wait. The human resources manager wanted to see why wait so long. After 3 minutes, he came back and told me that the lady has an important meeting and no time. I should check out but the promenade, he would report to me when the owner arrives and have time for me. This can take 1 hour. Said — done… I started who 20 minutes as my mobile phone rang, promenade. The human resources manager on the phone told me that the owner was here and he got time for me. I replied that I was back in max 5 minutes in the hotel.

A beautiful hotel with excellent rooms and very friendly and excellently trained staff.
The bathroom in the room is quite small, but clean and comfortable.
The hotel's restaurant is solid with creative cuisine, but offers now also not fine dining. Where the price / performance ratio is just right.
The cocktail bar convinces with its pleasantly quiet atmosphere. Here but if one has the feeling that the cocktails are mixed according to instructions by personnel without adequate training.
The Spa is beautiful and offers everything, what you would expect in a place these days. The corresponding relaxation area is nicely designed, offers too little space but even if the House is not full.
The location of the hotel is holiday atmosphere excellent, when looking from the window's sea comes immediately. At the same time central location convinces.

2009 we were amongst the first guests with annual return, albeit with decreasing length of stay. Yes, it was formerly a fairly ambitious hotel. But with significant wear dangerously smooth gebohnertem parquet and still rudimentary Wi-Fi, and more populated by colorfully dressed arrangement guests with cute table manners. Also as a tolerant parents with confident young children in addition to calf-large four-legged friends. Unfortunately, also the immediate hotel surroundings has evolved into a noisy holidaymakers mile with fairly simple audience and matching stores. The formerly exposed corner now proves to be a disadvantage. No more for discerning guests. There also sometimes oily staff does not help. I think we withdraw us forever and leave the terrain like the price-sensitive mass.

Everything is perfect for our high standards. Sure could the pool be a little bigger, but you have to have everything in relations and the overall look. Great Staff. Thank you for the nice weekends we had in Ceres have experienced.

The Hotel is not perfect but it is by the extremely competent, dedicated and very friendly staff compensated.

We were already for the second time for a weekend here and have the Auftenhalt again enjoyed very much. The Hotel itself, the friendly and attentive staff, the rooms, the Restaurant (especially the Breakfast) and the Spa area are all top notch and we have nothing to complain about. The only small drawback is the size or popularity of the Spa area. On Saturday afternoon it was for me, there felt too full to really enjoy it. For example, there is only a Sauna with the usual high temperature, the others have medium and low temperatures. This is basically a good idea, but if it turns out that almost all visitors only the Sauna with the "normal" high temperature use and pushing, while the other most of the time almost or completely empty, it is perhaps an occasion, on an optimization thinking about.

Nice Hotel with beach and sea in front of the door, very friendly and attentive Service, fine, very good Frühstücksbüffett, good food, we come back year after year looking to get into Ceres.

Chic Hotel with a great Breakfast. The Wellness area is very small and there is no Pool to Swim in. So I think the price-performance ratio is not quite so great. For rooms with a sea view, you should make sure that you are in the 3. Floor, below could be a obstructed by trees.

We spend 3 days at the Ostseebad Binz and stayed at the Hotel Ceres. It is a lovely Hotel close to the water. The help is extremely friendly and helpful and really wants you to be comfortable. Breakfast is great. The decoration (colors) in the various rooms (lounge, dining room, garden and outside terrace is just beautiful and gives the hotel a special luxurious feel. The rooms are very nice. If you want to visit the Baltic the Ceres is a lovely place to stay Barbara Lester.

Service very nice and accommodating. Furniture is unfortunately very cheap (not just inexpensive). The Spa area is far too small and bad Service. In the evening, MUCH TO DARK in all the rooms. We come certainly not again.
