Friendly and perfect location.
Access to the hotel by a little inviting side alley and stairs without elevator.
Reception very friendly and welcoming, we were there with 3 children there and on request we got an extra room for the entire stay at no additional charge.
During the entire stay the reception was only occupied by the hour.
Our room was sufficiently large, clean and the beds comfortable (gel).
Kitchen very clean and adequately equipped.
The bathroom is rather small and needs renovation but clean.
Breakfast: For that we would have to get out of the hotel, over the road over to the ' Müritz idyll ' for which the name could not be more inappropriate!
The staff is reasonably friendly, however the breakfast is rather poor, it is all served according to the operator, for example 5 rolls for 5 people, 5 slices of sausage, 3 slices of cheese, 2 portions of jam. There is no self-service buffet, everything you would like to ask for and order.
The worst thing is that you should not just look under the table, on the floor and certainly not on the toilet!
On our first morning, which was a Monday, after there was also on the weekend because of holidays no operation, we found the ground already dirty (looked like for weeks/months not swept and swept) before and under the table were still the leftovers of the previous guests!
Now that the crumbs of our children were added, we thought they would be swept at least the next day. Unfortunately, this was not the case. On the 3rd day was swept, but to wipe the ground there seems not to be necessary. With a creeping child absolute horror scenario! I wanted to use toilets, but I was immediately turned over after seeing the toilet roll.
On the neighbouring table were boiled eggs, on our none, we got then on demand also some. All this leaves an unpleasant overall impression because you may not imagine what it looks like in the kitchen.
The hotel should make an urgent effort to change and, if necessary, Eat there yourself or try another alternative. It bounce in our opinion the guests.
All in all, the hotel is quite okay if you don't have any upscale requirements.
