We have been staying at the Hotel am Ring for about 5 years. And unfortunately, even after this long period of time and repeated criticism, there is still a considerable need for training of the staff at the reception. There may be exceptions, but we may have had negative experiences. I would like to explain the 3 stars.
On a positive note, the changed breakfast, which now took place in the restaurant Krauthof. Hopefully no exception, as the large unfriendly and cold hall was booked for a wedding party. The offer at the buffet was much more extensive, a very big plus of the coffee machine, where there were various coffee specialties at no extra charge. And from the atmosphere alone a clear plus to the large hall. Also I think, a wall in the room was painted, it looked like new curtains and lamps, also new, a modern photography. Sounds banal, but upgrades the ageing rooms.
Still a criticism of the ancient carpet, which belongs urgently cleaned or exchanged. Also the mini shower head, which makes the washing of long hair virtually impossible.
That the object is not the most beautiful, no question, but so far price/performance have been fine. Neubrandenburg is not surrounded by beautiful hotels. And so far there was also a criterion for booking at the Hotel am Ring, the car park, which was included in the room rate. Not so since November 2017.

I strongly recommend booking a hotel outside and accepting a trip.

A great family celebration with great food and a super organization. The Team has convinced us absolutely. Come back and tell more.

Really yielding for the price. Some things would have to be renewed and renovated. Staff friendly.

Unfortunately, I was not convinced. The view was the equally high parking garage. No miniable. Drinks too expensive …

Very nice hotel. Good facilities and delicious breakfast buffet. It's very clean. It's in the middle of the city. You can reach a lot of shops from there. A cinema is almost next to the hotel.

Centrally located hotel. The rooms and bathroom are clean. The shower is a little too small for big people. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and good, there is something for every taste.

Price/Performance are totally right here! Very friendly and knowable staff. The proximity to the city centre is perfect! Clean and well-kept rooms!

Unfortunately, I was not able to book a room. The standard response letter always referred to a wrong date, room or price…
I did not respond to my emails…

Clean hotel in downtown location. Unfortunately, the WLAN leaves the data throughput to be desired. Very annoying if you still have to work something.

Cheap prices for top location and very clean, well appointed rooms. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Absolutely recommended. The only downside: no hotel parking, only an old parking garage next door with a cash machine that does not accept bills.

We stayed two at the hotel at the ring. The room on the 13th floor had a fabulous view over the lake Tollense and the city. The room of the Kompfortklasse was clean and corresponded to the expected standard. The breakfast had so its peculiarities which did not allow a better rating. The Rüherei was no longer refilled from 10:00 a. M. The chopped tomato spring onions and the chives definitely came from a freezer. The cold cuts were no better. The staff was friendly, although not particularly helpful. Negatively, I rate the lavish parking fees that are payable at the hotel, as the hotel itself does not have parking spaces for guests. As a result, the hotel is OK, if you are not hungry in the morning and do not like breakfast anyway and if necessary Travel by train.

The house is very outdated, in the elevators the floors are partially unrecognizable on the buttons!

Breakfast is good, unfortunately the coffee machine only works about 10 minutes after the beginning of the breakfast season!
Longer waiting times are expected upon arrival.
You can't be in a hurry when picking up your keys every day!

A very nice hotel, centrally located, easy to get to the city. Spacious rooms with adequate facilities. All in all a very nice hotel with reasonable prices!

Was very nice here. Good room and nice staff. Very centrally located and connected car park. Breakfast is a little upgradeable.

Attended a seminar in the hotel. Training room "Schwerin" on the 11th floor. TolkerBluck over the city and the lake. Supply of drinks and coffee. Overall very clean. Unfortunately, annoying noisy noises from the street.

The room was nice and the breakfast was good. The bathroom is also good, the shower for people over 1.85 too small. But this is in most hotels. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. The only point of criticism is parking. 2x elevator is annoying, especially with a lot of luggage the change is cumbersome. Otherwise recommended.

The hotel am ring does not make the best impression from the outside and also the reception could be more inviting.
The rooms are perfectly fine and clean. The facilities are good and with the sauna overlooking Neubrandendurg is really great. The breakfast is very good. Here the price performance ratio is really good.

The rooms are functional and clean.
Unfortunately a little dark. A ceiling lamp would help.
The beds are a bit narrow but very pleasant due to the hard mattresses.
In the upper floors very nice and wide view. In the slightly lower rooms you may see the concrete wall of the adjacent parking garage.
The showers are a little small and in some rooms there is apparently only a shower curtain on the small cabin. This makes the showers a little uncomfortable. Otherwise the bathroom goes ok.
Free Wi-Fi is available. Unfortunately relatively slow and not accessible from any room.
The breakfast buffet is varied and the restaurant very cozy.

I'm sure it's even better. Breakfast was good.

Have bad and good memories from this place but the hotel was great.

Good location directly in the city center, very friendly and helpful staff, room spacious, very clean and well equipped, we come very gladly again.

Big building. Realy nice rooms and very clean here. You can see alot of Neubrandenburg.

Good location on the city wall, very good Parking in the car Park, nice view. Clean and nice everything. I like that the window can be opened.

We have our wedding on the 07.06.2014 in the Hotel On the Ring, celebrated. The space, the Catering and the staff were just great! Thanks for the great Celebration.

As we had to find the Hotel is also the owner of an affiliated Sexclubs, Two Faces, Private Club Lounge, which is on its website and in the Club, in turn, advertise the rooms of the hotel prices available on request and at any time to rent. In addition to assisted Living and a 3 star city hotel, also a Sexclub to integrate and hourly rooms to rent we stop for a city hotel inappropriate. So we give only one star.
