The hotel is just great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is the force. All in all, we felt very comfortable. I can only recommend it. 👍

Very nice place. Nice staff. Quiet and clean rooms. The pool area with 27 degrees water temperature is located in the beautiful well-kept park with loungers. All about simply class. Again and again. 30.08.2020.

I regret having taken my annual holiday in this hotel. To put it better: NiE WIEDER! Unfortunately, the hotel complex is neither well maintained nor tidy: while playing, my daughter has pulled in a sliver due to the poor condition of the playground. The only ones who still take care of the outdoor facilities are the lawn mower robots. For there is no more than mowing, everything is covered with moss and weeds. Only the main paths in front of the hotel were neat. There was Wi-Fi, but there was no Internet available. After 4 days of stay, a note was put in the room that the internet is not working. We also had to tolerate the window builders without having to repair them, so that even in our anteroom the window could not be opened for ventilation (when I pointed out two caretakers came and opened the window for an hour, this procedure I was then to endure every day to ventilate). Furthermore, under the non-smoking floor the staff smoked: After we had complained 3times and the lady in the reception said she could do nothing because of the "smoking guests", I then almost had to throw myself from the balcony to find out that the caretakers were taking a break on the balcony and smoking daily (note: no possibility to ventilate over another window, because broken). Then I got angry and reported this to the reception, which was totally clueless. This was then excused in the form of a small discount, which is not a bad thing at first.

A wonderful Hotel to relax. A very pleasant atmosphere. Very good staff, and a wonderful area! Again and again.

Totally nice staff. In the Restaurant you will read the wishes from the eyes. Unfortunately, the selection in the off-season is very limited, as à la carte would have been better. Unfortunately the Spa area has, in the showers, but a serious mold problem. Parking fees, which is at a price beyond the 600 Euro (4 persons, 2 rooms) has a right to be rude. Since we were already in other 4* houses where Parking was included.

A great hotel, the only big problem is the bar operation. This is a disaster, no staff with expertise, probably there is always someone who is in general service but can do absolutely nothing. That used to be much better. Too bad, otherwise this hotel is excellent, an absolute insider tip.

We felt very comfortable in this hotel. The double rooms are not excessively large, but sufficient. Everything clean. The staff was friendly. The food was tasty and sufficient. The outdoor pool always had a pleasant temperature.

Where do the 4 stars come from? Outdated but well-maintained 90s building. Extremely rude staff very arrogant. The equipment is inferior and even a 20 Euro B&B has more service. Once and never again. Last L.

The Hotel is okay, but in the years to come… the Restaurant is closed the kitchen at 21: 00 PM… from 20.30, it is not justified inclined looked at, if you would like to eat something… for 4 stars and especially the price…

Possibly ther slowest possible internet on earth, maybe based on a uniqsue 58K modem for all rooms.

Stylishly equipped hotel, beautiful park (with pool), friendly staff and well-appointed, cozy rooms. The four stars are deserved, definitely. Breakfast with very extensive offer, all fresh and plentiful. Audiences are of all ages. A disadvantage is the long way to the beach (15 minutes) and the paid parking (6€ per day). We have our room ground side next to the economic exit, since you don't come too late for breakfast ;-)

We've been here repeatedly. It was great as always. The Staff and the Kitchen are very good. We have made a great deal of recovery and look forward to seeing You again soon.

Inside much nicer than from the outside. Rooftop sauna, heated Outdoor Pool. Kitchen in the Village or Pier much better (price/Performance! )

Great getaway, great hotel, mega friendly staff, great food. Ideal for walking with a dog. The mosquitoes are a real plague this year but due to the dim of cleaning staff was not a single one in the room. Outside, however, it was really bad despite mosquito repellent and the balcony as a result of real restricted area.

We chose this hotel because we were also welcome our dog there and we wanted to be pampered for a week. This wish was granted to us. The dog had its own room with a blanket and 2 nails. The spa and heated outdoor pool were a poem. Just like the rich breakfast. In particular, we would like to highlight the friendliness and competence of the staff. In short, it was a dream holiday and we like to come back.

I like to be here again and again. Great hosts, excellent service and the kitchen far better than you might expect. Clear recommendation. Look forward to the next time.

Wir kommen schon seit etlichen Jahren, in unregelmäßigen Abständen, in dieses Hotel. Es gefällt uns immer gut. Wir erfreuen uns am gesamten Ambiente. Freundlicher Empfang, Saunabereich, Zimmer und Restaurant. Schade, dass das Turmstübchen jetzt nicht mehr als Restaurant genutzt wird. Das war gemütlicher. Wir sind und bleiben Wiederholungstäter.

Nice hotel. Interesting to swim at — 5 degrees in the heated outdoor pool. Beautiful sauna area. Good and rich breakfast buffet and also the food a la card is tasty. Sometimes the receptionists could be better about opening hours etc. In the village Prerow be informed or "know where it stands".

Good service. In summer the park of the hotel convinces. Room a bit small, so not quite the usual Travelcharme standard. Pool should be covered. Mosquito protection recommended in summer.

We were really happy again.
We would just like to draw attention to the evening pleasure, which is quite intense in terms of price, and there on the fish dishes, if these were not grilled or cooked, because then these were great.
The breading, for example roasted at the pike perch, was generally not "crispy", rather "slippery", which we find for the price not so great, especially if you are very pleased with the fish dishes.
Otherwise everything was great again, even in spite of the weather.
The friendliness and courteousness of your staff can only be commended again.

Unfortunately, we had promised ourselves more of the spa pictures of your site (the photographer knew how to photograph it well or "big"). In addition, the pool is unfortunately only open until 6 pm and the next day we should have paid 15 euros extra for use from 2pm although room was left at 11. Very bad because we booked especially because of the SPA! The reception yesterday also informed us wrongly about using the SPA (allegedly only until 8pm) but fortunately we can read!
Room ok and really clean, unfortunately also small.
But the food yesterday to the evening and today early and service today early was great!
Nevertheless, I'm sorry, for the money there are more beautiful houses to relax!

Great (Family) Hotel. Even the Smallest are welcome here. By potty on a Bathrobe, as well as winding way and the cute little bed there was nothing, what was missing the little guest. The rooms were 1A, the Breakfast great and the Spa facilities top. THUMBS UP! Recovery for all!

We have booked very quickly. Good reviews, inhibiting only the periphery in Prerow were decisive. But we are absolutely satisfied with the hotel (and actually also the location). Impeccable service, spacious grounds and many small positive things have even inspired us. Absolutely recommended!
