Delicious food, friendly service.

We stayed one night and slept well. It was quiet and breakfast good. Our food in the brewery was very good. The young service staff was quick and friendly.

We had the brewery room. It was loveless and far too expensive. For 98 €/night we have already stayed better. The reception area does not exactly spread a feel-good character. The wavy unsightly carpet at the reception could really be renewed once.

Absolutely failed. Were there to eat in the group. The service was completely overwhelmed had to wait over 1 hour for the first drinks, so completely haphazard ran the service with the drinks and food from table to table. The food order they wanted to take us 3 times and still we had to wait 50 minutes for the food.
Furthermore, we ordered with the handover of the food the second drink which we then got to the bill.
The evening was definitely a failure never gone again.
The food was served unfriendly and unlovingly designed the sauce ran off the edge of the plate and was also completely over-seasoned.
That was absolutely a nightmare.

The hotel is highly recommended. Full score for accommodation and breakfast. Great cuisine and an excellent own beer. Super suitable as a starting point for hikes.

Breakfast is good…, but limited privacy, since all day I had to close the window and cover with curtain to avoid the beer garden.

Very nice hotel, service minded staff. Their restaurant is quite something extra. Room was fine but pretty warm due to the extreme outside heat the entire summer. Walking distance to towncentre.

Hotel is okay, rooms clean and tidy. No air conditioning, so it was a bit too warm in the room. The breakfast buffet was clear, meaning selection could be a little better. Coffee from the fully automatic was good. In fine weather you can also sit well outside. Staff is friendly and accommodating. No elevator in the hotel, so people with walking restrictions should inform themselves in advance, possibly there are rooms without stair use.

Have an Abiball aligned here and am thrilled. The entire staff is above average friendly. The banquet assistants, the waiters, technical staff and bartenders professionally, efficiently and always very nice. Smooth process and a phenomenal buffet. I would like to thank you for the great evening and the work of her team.

Very nice Hotel, were there the 3rd Time. The nearby train Service in front of the Brewery Rooms is a pity, but it is very expensive. The Swimming Pool is not directly accessible. Breakfast Buffet and Cleanliness, however, very good.

I get at Christmas, always a voucher for food at the city brewery from our daughter. She's been doing it for 4 years. This time the voucher was very high on display, which we had to use in 3. The operation very unkind, no question whether one would still wish and their answer to the voucher, how much longer you want to use them credit still €14. The food so salted that you could only eat half, there is a meal in a snack bar better and unwarmed up. I learned Cook myself. The menu choice is very monotonous. No Thuringian cuisine.

I was professionally at an event on May 14, 18 I didn't see everything here. What I saw was good.

Great saunas, very nice service and relaxing resting room. I have been going to this sauna for a long time and have always been very satisfied.

As part of a company celebration, we were able to get to know the cellar vault of the Town Brewery in Arnstadt. There are several spacious rooms Mir hall, bar, lounge with lots of seating and plenty of space to dance. The homemade beer and also the food were just great and delicious. We had a buffet and were totally thrilled, as did all the others present. The staff were adequately dressed and all very friendly. We just felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back, even if we have to take an hour's drive.

Nice hotel with good restaurant. Everything clean and in good condition. Friendly staff. Room also OK. In the restaurant there is a good kitchen with appropriate drinks. The prices are a bit more upscale. Breakfast is also more than adequate.

We have been to a meeting in the hotel park several times. Conference technology is sufficiently available and up-to-date. Care was always very good.
Restaurant eerily heated up by the large glass surfaces. Shadting was also not possible on demand. We only had to change the predetermined table independently.
Food was very good, serving quickly and friendly.
Point deduction is available for the room. I had number 6 right next to the beer garden, which, thank God, was not open. Darkening was done only with a normal light curtain, which did not actually produce a darkening effect.
There was hardly any water coming out of the shower head.
Beds are good.

Super Brewery. Beer best. Food is good too. Too much pepper in the otherwise outstanding beer goulash. Pepper is the most unnecessary spice ever!

I like to drive to the town brewery, Count already to the regular customers, despite 230 km arrival. The staff is very nice, the ambiance is right. The tour with the Bierrufer and the dispensing girls is highly recommended. The brine bath is also great and if you like to go to the sauna or play bowling, you can also get a taste of it. We arrived at short notice by bus and 40 people for dinner at the brewery. Worked out wonderfully. Quick and nice service. The food was very good. It doesn't get any better.

I visited the sauna. The whole area has come a little over the years. Infusions and cleanliness of the facility is OK. The price for 2 hours from €10 I find something exaggerated.

Everything fit. Good room, with everything you need as a business traveler.

Hotel is highly recommended, staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. Wi-Fi is free of charge.

The hotel is really awesome… I had an off-day here and there the hotel is highly recommended. The room (33) Great, the staff friendly, the breakfast is right… what you want more ❗ good, the railway passes right in front of the hotel and the hotel has no lift, but I did not bother. Continue so.

My grandfather used to work at this brewery so visiting is a must during all my travels back home to Germany. Over the years, I have noticed slight changes, some for the better, others not so good. I truly enjoy the beer and the atmosphere. The food is tasty and fitting for a microbrew. The menu is getting smaller though. This year I visited during spargel season and was hoping to have some at the brewery, but the lunch menu was very abbreviated. Also, I usually pay using my amex card. I don't have any problem anywhere else but have encountered problems at this place, two years in a row. When I called amex they informed me that they couldn't even find any attempts for charges. Please fix this! Still love visiting though!

Parking is right in front of the door. The service is nice. I had imagined something standard double bed room, but it's what you need all available.
Are the only drawback curtains these are not at all light impermeable, thus it remains yet quite bright in the room.

The food tasted good. The operating forces are however quite slow, so you have to wait long time for this and on its drinks. Fun to liven up the bowling alley, where the service is also very good.

Prima Hotel! Had there friends from Hamburg are accommodated and all were happy. At any time gladly again. I can only recommend. The Restaurant serves Thuringian dishes and international stuff — good beer. Brewery Burger — my favorite!

The rooms are nice, big and clean! The Lady at the reception at the check-in was unfriendly and rushed. From her Office she didn't also because she about has heard and seen that a guest with suitcase in came, but only on a friendly request…
Every morning at 5 o'clock a truck said then he would have to reorder his entire load including all plastic crates. On request at the front desk said with the Lady in the morning with strong Russian/Polish accent it probably was the supplier for BB´s breakfast.
Communication with this lady was extremely difficult, because the lady has not really understood what you told her on German…
Stayed there once-> once again will not be.

We had as a family to have a great stay. All around everything is great.

As always in the past few years, I was very happy with the Brauhaus-hotel. The speed and efficiency of your staff was impressive especially for the fire alarm.

All in all not a four star hotel. Eat minus.

A lovely hotel with clean rooms and a rich breakfast. What did not like me, was the fast service at the front desk. Only on demand told us where breakfast will take place. Not a word was lost to Wi-Fi or use of the wellness area. Here more on visitors should be entered.

Attractive and modern brewery with good cuisine and of course good beer. In any case, you should try the black beer "black gold"! The rooms are decorated, perfectly clean and really lack nothing. An absolute recommendation.

We stayed here 2 nights. Hotel location is not so good, about a 10 minute walk into the town center, essentially hotel is located on the outskirts of town. Hotel is more like a conference center. But the room was very nice, modern and quiet (we were on the 3rd floor). We came to this hotel because of the bowling alley and the beer. Hotel provides free parking in an open area in front of and besides the hotel building. Breakfast buffet was good but in a large hall, there was only one other guest besides us. We drowned in the space. Staff were very friendly and engaged easily in conversation.
