Central location directly at the castle park, lovingly and harmoniously furnished down to the last detail, very nice hosts and very courteous staff, despite Corona we felt comfortable here (at the breakfast buffet everything was perfectly covered or refilled. ) Worth mentioning are the sensationally good beef roulades with potato dumplings and red cabbage! I wish the House all the best at this difficult time…

It was a very pleasant stay.

Yesterday we enjoyed an excellent menu on the occasion of our wedding day yesterday. The pre-soup, the main menu, the dessert, the table decko, the wonderful service… All SUPER!
We really like the smaller choice of dishes, but where a lot of emphasis is placed on freshness and regionality! Keep it that way!

The Hotel is comfortable and most of the people are friendly. Great location because it is opposite the Schloss and in walking distance to the town center.

4star hotel rooms with good service and good breakfast buffet only the chef should consider the restaurant not finished products such as pasta or fries that can make itself and maybe one more comes and distributes a popular star. The house would be fine.

Hotel was o. K. — not exactly modern but sufficient. Zimmer was unfortunately in the direction of the road, but is very busy. Breakfast buffet good.

The hotel has a great location right at the Schloßpark, as the name suggests. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly and the hotel itself was cosy and very clean. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Gotha.

It is a very nice hotel to celebrate its wedding party there. Top service in combination with a super tasty kitchen. Individual wishes are gladly taken into account.

We use the restaurant of the local hotel, because of the good cuisine and the very friendly and competent staff. The hotel has a beautiful location at Friedenstein Castle Gotha.

We are ordinary people. I didn't find anything with my wife that would be to complain about. Just a great weekend. The staff are very friendly. All top.

A great compliment for the customer orientation with which we were met with a concern. Thank you at this point to the friendly receptionist who made sure of this when we arrived. Plus great breakfast.

Das Kaffeetrinken war ganz ok. Die Speisen waren gut und der Kaffee auch ok. Es haben Servietten gefehlt. Die Bedienung hat sich Mühe gegeben.

Rooms go like this. Wi-Fi is grotto. TV is half the size of a tablet. Equipment is incredibly old baked. But there are worse.

Conference hotel in an older but very pleasant style. Staff not overly cordial, but suitably friendly. Handling otherwise (clearing the tables, service in sauna area) for me needing getting used to and somewhat unempathic.
Menu not overloaded and the food solid ly good.
Wellness area ok, clean, small sauna (space for about 6 seated people), menthol steam bath, various possibilities to lie. Showers nicely encased in stone.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel am Schlosspark war äußerst angenehm und weiter zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr altmodisch aber äußerst sauber und gemütlich. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe der Schlosses und der Stadtmitte, viele kleine Park in der Umgebung laden zur Erholung ein. Gotha ist eine schöne kleine Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Freizeitangeboten. Die Möglichkeit sich im Hotel zu entspannen sind umfangreich und das Essen ist hervorragend. Für einen Wochenendausflug oder zur Erholung kann man sich keinen schöneren Ort vorstellen.

So far I only know the wellness area, specifically the massage treatments, and I am very excited about it! The massages were always carried out by a physiotherapist. She was informed beforehand whether there are restrictions and in the massage herself she was neither too coarse nor too squeamish — just right.

Best Hotel in Gotha. I love the place because service and facility are very good. Like every hotel this one wins through its people. We had breakfast there which was extensive, rich and varied.

Brief explanation of the evaluation. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was very clean. … without balcony. Unfortunately. Staff in the Service (restaurant) The two young ladies top. Unobtrusively fast. Everything's fine. But. Wednesday is barbecue evening. See picture… Let it be calmed down and possibly by card (hopefully) what reasonable order. At the barbecue evening there is pork neck u rust sausages. That's it. Too bad. Small Sakatbuffet plus a little extra… that's it. … Unfortunately in the sauna the interconnected and actually glued boards to lie/sit apart = sharp edges… so you can literally rip your butt off. There is a bad habit here… Female older guests… Presumably regular guests from the city (no hotel guests) put all their slippers in the sauna cabin when they take a bath… Staff does not care. So there is still a lot to be done.

Friendly reception. Food tastes good. And also nice ambiance. Especially very clean.

Very nice hotel right next to the park. Rooms are large and quiet. Beds are fine. The castle is within easy walking distance. Also the old town. Breakfast is great. In the restaurant you can enjoy lunch (e. G. Roll, thuringian dumplings and red cabbage) as well as dinner. Staff is consistently very friendly and accommodating.
Sauna and steam room as well as relaxation area invite you to sweat. Unfortunately no swimming pool available.

Good hotel, good and friendly service, very large room and bathroom, extensive and good quality breakfast buffet… Wellness area, bar, everything fine. If the TV in the room still had a decent diagonal, it hät the fifth star even given!

The wellness area in the lounge the best liked. You feel very lifted and the staff are very friendly and discreet, In the massage area.
The breakfast buffet is ok. Unfortunately for offered sparkling wine champagne glasses were missing.
Unpleasant noticed is that one is for breakfast etc. Must put on tables, which were still remains of crumbs and coffee stains from previous breakfast. The table linen not changed after clearing off. For a 4 star hotel but to be expected.

Very nice Hotel with nicely furnished rooms. We had a room with a view of the castle grounds, and absolute peace. The Buffet is really good and sufficient in a very beautiful ambience. Staff and management are very friendly and helpful, there are also special wishes fulfilled. We come again and again gladly into this house.

"Everything is okay", that describes it Best. More than "okay", it was unfortunately not. The rooms were fine, however we had a double room with a floor-to-ceiling shower and only a half-height shower curtain, so the bathroom after showering quite was under water until we have a puller and got ourselves to the "Trockenhalten" of the bath have been taken care of. The Buffet (morning and evening) was also "okay", nothing Special. Was a pity that the expectation of the "Wellness Residenz Thüringen" have not been met, because by this name, but somehow expected more. The Service and Empfangskräfte were very nice! The location in Gotha is super.
