Beautiful rooms. Great breakfast. Best location.

The hotel is located in the prime location of Erfurt. The main railway station can be seen from the entrance. The rooms are beautifully furnished and also offer exceptional comfort for service travellers.
The bar is beautifully furnished and offers an extensive menu, but this is hardly necessary in Erfurt, as great Lo restaurants invite you to linger at every turn.
The staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean.
Always happy again.

Nice hotel and close connection to centre and train station.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train station. We had our suite to the main street, which was logically connected with street noise. The staff were always friendly, helpful and accommodating. In the suite itself the palm and wardrobe were dusty, which I shared with the Raumfee and was also promptly done. The suite was comfortable and divided into living and Schlafberreich. The first one was a sofa bed and we brought our child there. Negative was that the beds were on rolls and as soon as you moved, they did that as well. In both areas was a television. Tea bags and coffee sticks were added every day. The breakfast was good. As a small tip: maybe it is possible to make small bread baskets available? Especially when several guests sit at a table. In summary, it was a pleasant stay.

A nice little hotel close to the main train station and not far from the centre. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet sufficient and tasty, for late risers on weekends until 11 am. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Ok for business trips. Some rooms are directly at a big street and thus quite loud.

Good hotel near the central station of Erfurt. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. New is a bar opposite the reception. The rooms on the street side I can not recommend as by the tram quite noisy. Some rooms are quite cramped. Therefore, my recommendation is to ask at check in for a quiet and spacious room.

Quiet hotel room with very good breakfast. The hotel is very close to the train station and in the underground garage of the BHF you can also park your car for 12 euro 24h. The service in the hotel is friendly and professional.

Hotel and rooms are OK. But still a bad smell of smoking in the living room side (non smoking room) and very limited room service (no automatic cleaning, no replacement of empty water bottles). Need to be improved.

Very very unfriendly and incompetent staff. Room OK but also nothing special. Breakfast buffet had to be fast and everything to taste.

Ganz okay für eine Nacht — aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich etwas anderes suchen. Mitarbeiter freundlich, alles sauber — also hier nichts zu beanstanden. Nur im Gebäude nicht so doll schallisoliert. Außerdem sehr kleine Zimmer und Dusche.

Super, it's a very nice hotel, location only a few minutes from the Centre, we had a room in the courtyard area 4 floor super could open window sleep, breakfast adequate, service very friendly, a little tip for Erfurt City tour from 21-23: 00 make from tourist information.
