Very nice leisure and wellness area, very good food and friendly staff.
Heart what more do you want?
Would come back at any time!

After all, everything makes a nice impression. Is also nicely located with a view over hilly landscape. But that was it. On closer inspection, the shortcomings become apparent.
Cleaning deficiencies, black joints in the shower.
For a hotel unusually small beds.
Plaster crumbles from the ceiling.
Ambience seems outdated.
Food often loveless, overcooked and only partially acceptable.
Cleaning deficiencies also in the restaurant. Almost all plates are encrusted at the back.
Staff are also often questionable. Sure, there were nice employees. But also uncomfortably wordy or even naughty people work there. How to deal with many a guest at the reception we are no longer acceptable.
You have to be right far from the entrance parking. Comfortable parking costs extra.
Extra charges are also incurred for bathrobes.
All in all, a sobering visit there.
I would clearly be better housed for less money.
After a reprofessional visit there, I can only confirm what has been written so far.
Ok. The staff, seemingly noticeable, partly new there, presented themselves better.
The kitchen, partly a disaster again.
In good weather, the hotel is in itself a wonderful place with beautiful views.
If there was still well-tapped beer on the balcony at the bar and restaurant, then the evenings in the summer would be perfect. Beer there is, but …
Taps just can't everyone.

Light, but also no little Shade. Breakfast is positive, although a Vending machine for various Hot Drinks in the Morning was clearly too little, so that correspondingly long Queues formed in front of it and you have to bring Time for a new Coffee.
In my Opinion, the Rooms are not 4 Stars, whereby we were housed in the "Old Building" and the New Building is said to have been much better.
With the Bill, you have to look closely. Thus, the Food, which had already been paid for, was again tried to settle at the Room Payment. Even as clearly negative, we had to get Pins in the Cushions of the Chairs and on the Floor in one of the Conference Rooms, where we had breakfast. Most Of the people, however, annoyed me that the Handing over of these Needles did not react to the Staff, for example. A Search Of more Needles (which my Son found the next Day while playing on the Floor) found.
The Chambermaids were Exemplary. However, this good Impression has significantly diminished the Reception, which did not convince in many Areas (e. G. Friendliness and Service).
The Spa complex is a clear Plus, which ultimately justifies an even more positive Evaluation. Here, there are hardly any Wishes left for a Hotel And also make the Hotel a Family hotel.

The furnishing of the Villa Nova is excellent! The facilities of the hallways, rooms, meeting rooms also. Also the kitchen is delicious.
I can't look at the bathroom. A very interesting hotel. Especially if from 2019 the entire object will be completely built/renovated.

Villa Nova rooms are very comfortable.
The new cultivation is very elegant and super modern designed/equipped. The food is delicious and the staff was super nice thank you for that.

The rooms in the old building were unfortunately not so great! These were very outdated, stank very much, the heating leaked and the TV did not work. Another had bed bugs in his bed.
Service was fine. The lady at the reception showed understanding and rebooked us after the first night in the new building. If I had to spend the full 4 days of my seminar in the old building, I would have had to look for another hotel and there would have been only one star.
The rooms in the new building have again met all expectations therefore there are also 3 stars.

Very nice hotel. Wellness area right next door. Was in Villa Nova. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is also great. Can only be recommended.

A disgrace! I've seldom seen such incompetent employees. After half an hour of sitting, I went to the waitress myself and ordered. This was not enough: the room smelled rancid and the toilets were not really clean! When I called the room service at 16:00 pm, no one was answering the phone for half an hour. The swimming pool and sauna was really good, but the rest is just rubbish.

The hotel has a great pool and sauna area. (Staff in the sauna area is Class) The rooms and the hotel grounds are in good condition. Only the dinner is not suitable for a 4 star hotel. Dirty tablecloths and unloving ready to eat for a proud price. Really a pity, because otherwise the hotel makes a good impression. The breakfast is good.

We wanted to go to the pool in the evening, just over an hour before closing. At the entrance was no staff, supervision did not come after pressing a button at the entrance area either. The only lady present at the diner has clearly seen us. Instead of helping us in any way, she only skilfully ignored her. We haven't experienced anything so rude. Never again.

My experience was very negative. They have had a party in the night at the bar of the hotel. The music have been very loud and also the people spoke very loud out side the bar/hotel. I woke up at midnight beacause of that and I couldn’t sleep until 2 am. Then I got another room and finally at 2:30 am I could sleep again. At the reception, by the check-out, I provided the feedback of the night but they didn’t show interest and they have been very unfrendly. Again, my esperience was very negative.

Very clean and appealing ambiance. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.
The two-course dinner menu is not recommended. Canteen Food!

Good hotel for short breaks with very nice baths and a varied sauna landscape. The food at the buffet is very balanced, and delicious. The rooms are the standard 4 star equivalent. A very good hotel with a very friendly service.

Very friendly personal. Good food and very nice pool and spa area. Calm location not in the city, good for walks and relax. Kids friendly.

Unfortunately, after today's visit to the swimming pool, I noticed considerable shortcomings.
The tiles in the ladies ' shower as well as in the swimming pool have noticeable mildew stains as well as several hairs in the toilet area. In the area below the chute, a flow is massively broken in the hand-running areas and is open in the pool. Very dangerous for children! Not recommended very disappointing.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is nice, clean and quiet. Large swimming pool with two slides and an outside area from which there is a nice rural view. Nearby Duderstadt has many beautiful, old buildings in the old city core.

A hotel to feel good in the very beautiful countryside. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even if the rooms have come in the years it's all clean. The food selection and preparation, has for me and tasted good. Indoor swimming pool and sports facilities are fine. Children are not bored and can enjoy themselves.

Not again… Would not recommend!
The double room had, as we knew, only 2 separate beds. The Interior was very worn (torn, chair backs, musty, curtains Kellerassel in the corner, nest of spiders on the ceiling). Now to the bathroom, please please renovate! The old shower curtain was partially green sparkelig and the joints of the tiles. On top were still silverfish:-/…
We have kept the length of stay in the room so as low as possible.
The wellness world, which was a main reason to travel, is rather mediocre. Although, you turn a good choice and regular infusions, but again, it has the best days behind it.
Now to the positive things that the servicekräfte were all very friendly and also the sportangebot (Squash, Badminton, Fußball, …) varied. A rich breakfast buffet in addition :)
I got the night the hotel as HRS deal for €54, I would never want the full €100 numbers… All in all rather a 2.5 * hotel with sauna and bathing world…

Excellent cuisine, excellent service, comfortable and clean rooms. All in all a really successful round thing, this House! Highly recommended!

The hotel advertises with 4 stars, this has it but only for the wellness and sports area deserves.
The rooms are smelly and rather small, the bathroom urgently in need of renovation, the double room has 2 separately standing beds, which are also not push together leave (there are also double rooms with "real" double bed, then same time more cost).
The service was poor. Family reunion buffet, we had a small (20 persons), this was empty after a short time and was not or only after demand replenished, so that not all were filled. The quality was rather mediocre, some not edible, by far not a 4 star standard.
The breakfast was middle-class quality, but there was only on demand filled, so at 9:30 already some bowls (breakfast there at 10:30) were empty and stayed.
And that, although except our family troupe, only about 20 other guests with breakfast, the hotel was so far not busy.
This at a price of 104 euro in a double room plus dinner buffet, as price — performance at all wrong!
The sport is relatively new and beautiful and Spa and also the location of the hotel is very good and quiet, yet close to several towns.

Booked we had a double room at a price of 104. Upon arrival a comfort was urged by receiving double room €20 upgrade several times us. We said no thanks to a standard room as it is described in the Internet, should be already good enough! The big surprise was when we were on Zi: it consisted of a single room, 1 bed (90cm) and a sofa! Phoned reception: the unfriendly Lady is fresh and bitchy, she said: Yes, you must but be patient. You can make a bed from the sofa, I send up the housekeeper. In fact! And why was this not below communicated to us? After 15 minutes, the sofa was then done. But it was kind of uncomfortable, I have me the next day back pain suffered. Sleep so bad I must say. So: 1 room out of date (& "muffeliger smell"). 2. Warning: Beware the reservation. I believe that rip off: Double twin rooms that let themselves don't slide together =. Double bed at an additional cost. Very disappointing "Ryan air pricing". Still a very unfriendly Lady at the reception. 3. Wi-Fi free available, but extremely slow. Pricing: Pay more, then it goes faster. Conclusion: Thanks, but no more again. Before 5 years top. This time flop. What a pity. But, a 4-star hotel (and with such prices) should offer more!
NEVER AGAIN! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!
