Very pet friendly! Stuff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Unfortunatly no ac and mini bar in the rooms. The way by car to the city center a bit complicated cause of the one-way-roads.

Rooms very good and also generously cut. The location is well a few Steps to the Train station and mam can also do a Small Walk in The Vicinity of the Hotel. Parking in the Yard is possible but also free of charge over night in front of the Door.
Price for Overnight Stay is ok breakfast I can not judge as I was already gone.

We were happy with our Stay. The Staff were very friendly. The Room was bright and clean, especially the Bathroom was positive. The Only Downer was the creaky Floorboards in front of our Room (with the Hotel not being to blame when a Guest goes "walking" there at night).
The Breakfast is very good and there is a lot of Choice, also in the Restaurant it tasted us. The Location was sufficient for us, the Train station is 10 Minutes away, and the City centre is about a 25 Minute walk away. Also, we always found a Parking space in front of the Hotel.

Great room, absolutely nice and flexible staff, great Breakfast buffet, cheap Parking. We have felt ourselves very well and know where we want to be the next Görlitz-visit to stay again …

I had booked online yesterday around 10pm because that hotel on a business portal had 9 out of 10 possible valuation points and compared with €63 room price was inexpensive. €4 The parking lot, I think, is very cheap. And the €11 Euro breakfast will also fit (update after breakfast: is good to very good).
When the hotel arrived 10 minutes after my booking, all parking spaces were occupied in the street, but there was a parking zone right in front of the hotel, so that two or three/abreisende guests can do so comfortably. The receptionist greeted me by name and gave me all the information for the stay. The room is adequately large, clean and the furniture practical. The bathroom is okay. Unfortunately there is no minibar, but the bar is open 24h in the lobby.
What is unfortunately no longer modern and state of the art is the thankfully free but uuunnnendliche slow Internet access. On mirrors online were not even always the small thumbnails loaded to the articles. Watching a short video, or even streaming a video, would have consumed the rest of my net life — false indication (unfortunately). There is * now * only one star deduction. However, the website advertises with free high-speed Internet access and this is misleading, if no concrete assurance is given, then my expectation is yet another.
Overall, the hotel is recommended.

We were a guest in Görlitz with our robot for a Digitalsierungsevent and were allowed to stay here overnight.
The Best Western offers an exceptionally good service. The reception and hotel management took a lot of time to realize the best possible solution for our wishes.
You are really trying to make your stay as good as possible. Great!
Also the breakfast buffet is significantly better than the average: various, even exotic juices, overall wide selection, even vegan alternatives available.

Wow, no more dusty! Very nice reception, very nice staff. To get a nice single room, it is modern rustic furnishings. The bathroom is modern with a shower. Mattress is also very convenient. The bed has a pleasant size. Both rooms are clean and have no visible damage. On my request a kettle and coffee and tea get, very good service. Wi-Fi is good and fast. The parking driveway is very cramped but the parking lots are big enough. The hotel is nicely located in two old buildings. Breakfast is good, it was everything you need. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

A chic hotel with nice helpful staff.
Parking is easy to park in the courtyard. The restaurant works with semi-finished products which is a pity, but cannot be solved in a change due to the small restaurant.
Prices for the food are high.
The rooms are contemporary very clean and well equipped.
In the homepage are advertised in the higher room category coffee and tea in the room. That is not the case.
Free Wi-Fi and 1 drinks voucher for the bar to welcome.

Actually, behind the name "Best Western" one expects more of a big business hotel. But far from it … Here, everything is unusually different. Lovingly and individually furnished rooms, super friendly service and a high-quality gastronomy in an exceptional ambience. Dear team of the BW Via Regia … Thank you for the lovely time.

The best hotel in Gorlitz, unfortunately it is already a bit run down, and would benefit from renovation. Also came down on some standards: there's no bottles of water in the room as previously used to, and the parking is now paid which was not the case before. Good variety breakfast.

We were in a larger group Pentecost of 2017, in the Via Regia and are thrilled! Very friendly staff, nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, great Breakfast and a very nice Service at night at the Bar … only a small smear, the situation is somewhat "off the grid", but very quiet. Thanks for a great weekend with you and the gummy bears.

I also travel because of work quite a lot and must say that I like this, to my in spite of many comparisons of Wellness Hotels. Super room, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, nice staff, and price performance, a Restaurant and a top Breakfast!

Standort ist ideal, sehr freundliche Empfangsdame, leider nicht sehr schneller Emailkontakt, Gummibärchen auf der Theke.

My favorite in the Region and in almost all points very well. Very nice and fairly new rooms, friendly staff and a good Breakfast make the thing around.

The Hotel is located in the southern part of the city, which, unfortunately, now is not so nice. This is the Hotel all the more beautiful ❗️ Super cozy, super friendly. Totally excited. I would recommend any.

After getting an invite to play a charity golf tournament in the region from Görlitz, I was stuck with the situation of Finding a hotel room. When you travel as much as I do, you need comfort and peace of mind, this I found in the Best Western Hotel Via Regia, parking was no problem, price was very reasonable indeed and free Wifi always a Must for those long nights away from the family. The rooms are very spacious and exceptionally clean, breakfast was just perfect to start the day. So all in all thumbs up to the management and staff, keep up the good work great Job, and hope to see you next year.
