We were here during our holiday. The check-in went smoothly, even if it was by phone. The staff were friendly and helped with a small thing quickly and competently. The room was spacious and modern. There was even a fully equipped kitchen where we prepared our own breakfast. The suite was clean and bright. The view from the balcony was unique — you can almost see as far as Pillnitz. The tranquillity was divine for exhausted city dwellers! We will be back next summer. Thank you for the nice time. Ingrid S.

No reception, no personal contact. Key collection is done by phone. The administrator comes by briefly for cashing in. Unprofessional handling from start to finish.

Location is beautiful and quiet on the Elbe.

The suite is very large and actually furnished to a high quality. Unfortunately, however, very unkempt and habitual. Everywhere cobwebs in the corners, dead crawling animals and mosquitoes on the window sill as well as living in front of the windows. The windows have not been cleaned for ages. The same applies to the kitchen cabinets. No insect screens in front of the windows, which should be mandatory in an apartment by the water.

The couch and reclining chair were spotty. An unkempt hair dryer hung "sadly" on a hook. The shower and the fittings in the bathroom are calcified and unsightly. On the edge of the bathtub stood water which already looked brownish. The furniture on the balcony was dirty, rusty and had not been cleaned for a very long time. The apartment may have been empty for a while, but it wasn't passed through before.

We could not order the great breakfast advertised on the homepage and also in the apartment. Was not wanted!

A tragedy, you can see that someone has put a lot of effort and thought into the apartments.

I had to a Hotel in the near of Dresden looking for, the quiet, comfortable, and nicely landscaped lies to me for a week of Dresden and its cultural treasures to look at. The Elbresidenz Birkwitz has surpassed my expectations. My spacious Suite was charming and stylishly decorated, the beautiful bathroom had a Jacuzzi and the kitchen left no desire unfulfilled, even a Nespresso coffee machine was available. The extensive and reasonably priced Breakfast I enjoyed on the private terrace with a romantic view over the river Elbe. This Hotel is absolutely recommendable, a real first — Class Hotel, where the price-performance ratio is right! Thank you for the beautiful days in your house.
