Old established hotel and restaurant. Good food, cosy atmosphere. Div. Halls for family celebrations. Heated smoking zone.

In summary: Very unfriendly and incompetent staff. My colleague and I had made a room reservation through hrs. Both reservations have been confirmed to us by e-mail. When we arrived at the hotel at 21:00 a. M. My reservation was supposedly not arrived (the reservation of my colleague on the other hand). Of course, no more room was free. No apologies from the staff. The coronation: the same day at 17:30 am, I had called extra to confirm our arrival (with both names) and to admit that we will arrive late. I've never seen anything like it before. Our visited business customer in Rüsselsheim could tell us the next day a similar interesting story of the Red Rooster.

Been fed here several times. Was always super tasty. Buffet disappointing because food was not really warm. Complaint remained unheeded. Not even a hot coffee as a little compensation, — just shrug. It's a pity that you treat a good guest like that.

Not cheap, but a very nice ambiance. Delicious food and a friendly and attentive staff. A visit is worthwhile.

Very nice hotel, location not ideal, right across from a rescue station. Rooms are large and price-performance ratio is right.

Very friendly service, we had a buffet, the dessert was too late, but was previously a bit tight, everything was delicious and appetizing!

I have so far rarely experienced such a good service in connection with an absolutely first class kitchen but here this is definitely the case! I was eating there several times with my wife and I have never been disappointed. Beef fillet and table Spitz are my favorites! The beef fillet was perfectly fried, the Steinpilzesoße was super seasoned and the service top notch! The location itself is very beautiful and decorated in dark noble wood tones. The toilets were very clean! Tip For Gamba lovers: Friday night there is a gamba all u can eat evening for about 23 euros! As a trained chef, the Red Rooster is my insider tip for first-class cuisine and top service!

Good but expensive… the waitress are very nice.

Food was good the service friendly only one should not familiar the guests… Prices are uplifted but still OK.

A round thing, everything has folded. Food, atmosphere and service was exactly according to our ideas.

Good hotel, good breakfast. Nothing particularly notable, but we would stay here again. The location was quite convenient for what we needed.

Building very fresh but not longer good regional cuisine and wines! Ideal for celebrations and meetings. Hotel rooms cheap prices. Free parking, Wi-Fi available.

Hi the soup and the desserts were really good, but the meat has not tasted me and get it's not me either. Sorry but I think that no longer had the quality it should have. But since you already saw how to deal with customers here I will also no longer return.

Was my Duck roast and the super yummy potato dumplings (such as Grandma's times) excited!
The service was also very attentive and courteous!
