Beautiful sauna area, otherwise something in the years come and Loveless service: I was on business in December 2017 and slept a night at the club at Wiesensee. Since I am very often the Lidner hotels in Hamburg, I have been tempted to try another Lindner hotel. The check in at the reception was okay, but for a 4 star hotel rather factually cool. In my booked package was a welcome drink included — when I wanted to redeem it at the hotel bar, there was only a choice between two cocktails.
My question about a "normal" beer was taken incredulously and I only received "a little" more its not in it's name.
My booked room had a nice view of the golf course and the lake, however, had come a bit in the years, the furnishings were already somewhat lediert. The Innepool and the sauna area are definitely the best at the hotel — here you can enjoy a little bit of storage. Although the wellness area officially opened until 22, the saunas against 21:15 were no longer really warm. The nice ladies who had already cleaned at this time, however, was so nice to heat the saunas again, so that at least a sauna was possible.
The sleep comfort was unfortunately not the best — a penetrating hum of an electric motor/fan or something like that caused me to wake up one or the other time at night.
The breakfast was very rich with a large selection but unfortunately not always fresh (e. G. Dry, hard pancakes sticking to the warming plate) and the scrambled eggs were unfortunately not made of real egg but a eckelig tasting replacement product.
I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.
