We were for the first time at the Plaza Grill food excellently presented with class and elegance, we were lucky to be served by a very good and very friendly waiter named Donald. Donald recommended the appetizers, wines and first courses as well as the various grappas and desserts, in short, we had a great time and we thank you very much for the excellent food and the professional service. The best hotel in Trier.

Directly at the city center, underground parking next door with direct hotel access and special daily price. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and walk-in shower or shower tray. Large wardrobe, safe, minibar, air conditioning available. Breakfast good selection with coffee specialties, tea and sparkling wine. Good value for money. I can only recommend it.

The rooms are comfortable, everything is clean, the service is superb, and the breakfast is excellent.

Everything is great breakfast tastes VERY GOOD and because of Corona all people are careful with 1, 5 meters distance I can ONLY recommend. THANK YOU for staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and quiet ambience, the rooms are very nice and modernly furnished. Very high comfort. The staff is very friendly. All in all, it is the best hotel in Trier and the surrounding area. Only to be recommended.

The location is terrific. In just a few minutes walk of great historical sights to reach. The Suite was amazing. Very generous of you. A small fridge would complete the Suite of animals

Wir haben nur im Restaurant gegessen. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, schien aber etwas überfordert zu sein, obwohl wenig Betrieb war. Bestellungen wurden falsch aufgenommen, bzw. Falsche Sachen geliefert. Ein Essen wurde sogar komplett vergessen. Der Bürger war sehr trocken, der Lachs fast roh, das Steak zum Teil verbrannt. Unverschämt fand ich, dass man bei den Preisen beim Steak zwischen Kartoffeln und Salat wählen musste. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

Great service, also for international guests. Parking under the hotel (you have to pay). Good breakfast buffet, tasty. Also the rooms are neat and tidy. The guest can also help with the environment, but the choice is up to the guest. All in all a great experience in good rooms with nice service.

Rooms are quiet and modern. Cleanliness was great. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is plentiful. The only shortcoming is the quality of the cocktails at the bar. I expect better quality for the price.

A good, typical hotel. Probably the best one in Trier. Rooms are comfortable and of decent size. Location is fantastic. (Note: current road construction makes it hard to find for the first time though. ) Parking is a city parking structure and 15 EUR per night but plenty of spaces and conveniently located underneath hotel. Breakfast is expensive, but there are many bakeries and cafes nearby for cheaper options. Restaurant and lounge are also great.

Were yesterday by bus there, bad organization, food cold and meat still half bloody, vegetables hard, dessert came sometime … And then again disappointment: instead of ice cream there was some indefinable dessert, the cream was anything but cream… Never again!

We spent a weekend in Trier and chose Park Plaza as a hotel. The hotel is centrally located, as the market square in the Old Town is reached within 2 minutes. From here, all sights can be reached quickly and uncomliqued on foot. The room was clean and normally equipped. The breakfast was very rich and good. Unfortunately, we made the mistake on the first day and were breakfast at rush hour (attention to the cut-up in the elevator). If you go sooner or later, it's quiet.

For 5 years the prices have risen and the quality is slightly worse, but still among the best.

Had a great weekend in Trier. A big part of this also thanks to Park Plaza! We had a clean, big and nice room with bathtub! The hotel has the perfect location, free good working Wi-Fi and a nice (free) wellness center. Breakfast was also great, a lot of choices. On Saturday morning it was very crowded, but amazingly it didn't bothered us! Everything was still there to eat! Only too bad thing is, is that parking isn't free for hotel visitors. Thanks, we will be back again!

Nice and very centrally located hotel. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was very good. Here you should consider, however, to set up more tables, because at the peak times you also have to reckon with waiting time until you get a table. The spa area also enjoyed us well. The hotel is very well located.

Very nice hotel right in the centre, can reach all the sights on foot! Reception staff very friendly, been cordially received. Room was clean and large enough.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast plentiful and good. Room clean (except under the bed) and large, very nice bathroom. Price performance is fine, only 11 euros daily rate for a Chihuahua I find too much. Especially since there is nothing on the internet about an additional price and my e-mail whether a dog is allowed has not been answered at all.

It was a very pleasant stay in a nice hotel. The lobby area is pleasantly designed. The room was nice, quiet, despite the central location in the city. Unfortunately we did not use the wellness facilities because of our short holiday breakfast and food in the restaurant were delicious. We can only recommend it.

We stayed with our one-year-old son 3 nights at Park Hotel Plaza. Bathroom and room could have been a bit bigger, but adequate for a city hotel. Service, cleanliness and breakfast were very good. Location is perfect to quickly get to the pedestrian area with good shopping opportunities. We had a room to the courtyard, it was very quiet, even with tipped windows. For parking you should take another 15 euros per day. We would come back any time.

We spent a pleasant weekend at this hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom a little small and the shower/bathtub separation was not tight, so the bathroom was immediately under water. The hair dryer is such a cheap model and fails after a short period of service until it is cooled again. But these are just little things. The restaurant in the hotel is really great, the meat of all the first goodness. The ice is fantastic.
The staff are very friendly and attentive, whether at the reception, the bar or at breakfast.

In itself a good hotel, however, one thing really got me extremely excited!
Whenever I am in hotels, I have a new toothbrush with which I put after brushing my teeth back into the packaging.
When I returned to the room in the evening, everything was nicely clean and tidy and my toothbrush lay in a mug and the packaging in the Trash… Can really be that she or he has not thought about it, but I find it really disgusting. Apart from that is a my thing where I do not reinlege a toothbrush and nobody has to touch my things if they are not in the middle of the way, what they did not…
The food was okay. Food is always a matter of taste. The portions were definitely too small.

The hotel as well as all the staff are worth 5 stars. I feel lifted and cared for. Once you've been here, you'll understand the rating. The sauna and massage area first class. The food in our own restaurant, measured by the quality, is hardly to be topped unless you visit a star restaurant.

From the arrival to departure, we could enjoy the services and easy access to all that Park Plaza Trier offers. Location is also perfect, giving access to the very nearby Xmas markets and shopping avenues of Trier. Really recommended destination and hotel.

Very nice personnel in hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She suggested where I could park my and how I could get back to hotel. That is a big plus for bus drivers. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly even when someone in group dropped a glass. Thanks for everything. Pete.

We were the 4 times in this hotel just around everything top the location the people the rooms eat just all point yumwe we come back in January it's like coming home.

I am visiting the Hotel Park Plaza in Trier several times a month and can say that I am looking forward to every single stay.
These are small moments that make the house so special: The dedicated ladies and gentlemen at the reception, the discreet Roman design elements, the professionalism in the restaurant — and bar area, the brilliant Ginkarte etc.
During my last stay I was able to experience that even my temporary captivity in the hotel elevator was handled professionally and charmingly.
So I highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast is plentiful and very good and there is something for every taste. Service is very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Connections for PC, Internet, WLAN and color hotel printer is all there and free. Parking garage is under the hotel but with €14 per day is not cheap! Absolutely central location!

Very nice hotel well maintained with friendly staff. Nice wellness area but still a lot of people, we had to wait to go in the hammam or sauna as there is not much room. A bit expensive to my liking for the benefits in the end. Breakfast varied, do not go too late PCQ from a time the provisions are no longer made, there was no more chocolate bread/croissant at 10am while closing is at 10:30.

My wife made a spa treatment here. She thought it was great. I waited in the lobby and drank something. Had no cash with. The waiter complained that I wanted to pay a small amount with a card. Not very customer-oriented. Therefore also a point deduction.

This place is in the perfect location, and their service was incredible! The only thing I wish we had more access to in the room was easier power locations for charging personal devices. But I would highly recommend this place!

I am a professional tour manager and I am traveling a lot because of my job. Almost all the hotels are very similar to each other technically but the staff inside made the difference :) I don’t speak very well German. However, The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic and always available to help with my request. I would like to thank especially the manager for his team and Ms. Julia from front desk team who made my job very easy. I wish I can come and collaborate again to Park Plaza Trier. Kind regards.

Park Plaza Trier is an authentic and nice place to stay when visiting this beautiful city. Located centrally in the heart of the city and good to reach. As always very nice, professional and hospitable staff from front desk — overall service is outstanding. Best choice when visiting Trier.

Good hotel, right on the edge of downtown Trier's pedestrian zone.

We didn't stay here but we did eat in the restaurant. The best steak I have eaten by far. I had the ladies cut Bavette. Totally delicious & accompanied with green peppercorn sauce & a salad. I would highly recommend eating here, the stsff were informative, friendly & helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed & comfortable, as was the decor. Loved it.

The only true business class hotel in Trier. Staff is very professional. Parking location under hotel is convenient, needing to stop at the desk every day, not so much. Location in the center and near the central square can't be beat.

The Location of the hotel is nice, in the middle of the town centre and close to the porta nigra. The staff is very friendly and they can help you with any problem. If you get their by car the hotel is linked to a parking house — you can pay it at the reception. The beds are really comfortable. Bathrooms a little bit small. Nur everything was clean.

I have stayed here many times for busines. Always very good. Last time I had the opportunity to bring my wife and kids. No problem to get a room (which I paid for privately) in conjunction with the normal room… … and when walking in to the room of the kids I saw a note under the bed of the children: "Nein, es gibt kein monster unter ihrem bett" This is the kind of perfect humor which I, as a boring business traveller, enjoy 110%. Our room was very nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet was super tasty. Only the card at Plaza Grill was a little too expensive. Super service.

Stayed here for about a week with hubby and my four yr old daughter. Fantastic place lovely staff very clean to a high standard. Beautiful roman bath sauna spa area. Shopping! I did loads everything is so close to this hotel. Oh! The steak is amazing. Must try! Room service is fab to. We then went to France for the weekend and came back for another few days was great knowing that we was coming back to such a beautiful place especially the roman bath. :)

Good to very good hotel for a weekend break in the beautiful trier very to recommend! Clean, modern rooms, well equipped. Friendly staff. Underground car park with direct access to the hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. Downer: the breakfast buffet isn't what it was 2 years ago — at least it's not more officious. Guide I have experienced better — up to the waiter, who prepared a fresh omelette on request on request. Now no longer there. Only three (! ) were during our visit Waiter/inside for the entire dining room, which meant that I had to get my missing things from a neighbouring table, nobody picked up the empty plates to be stacked and I had to repeatedly ask for coffee until I also got him. The wars but also on nagging. Have fun in Trier.
