➜ Have explicitly booked the more expensive rooms with air conditioning due to 35 degrees outside temperature. However, it was switched off at around 10 p. M. When asked if there would be an error, I got the following answers in an extremely unfriendly tone: They are always out at night, otherwise the neighbors would complain; I should just open the window; so hot it wouldn't be (at midnight still about 26 degrees in the room) On request the next morning if you could do something about the price, the owners flipped out completely. Threatened with the police and kept saying there was an air conditioner! In 25 years I have not had such behaviour in hotels!

As part of our Moselradtour selected as a stopover for 2 days. We had booked a small room as a couple, but this was quite sufficient. Room super clean with air conditioning, which is parked in the evening at 10 pm because of the neighborhood. This is not a problem, however, as you can keep the window closed during the day and the temperature accordingly. Very cordial and familiar dealings with the house guests, also extra wishes, such as table changes just before breakfast, no problem if feasible. Breakfast in buffet form includes everything you want: fresh coffee, juices, eggs, scrambled eggs, fish, sausage, cheese, rolls and bread. We were able to park the bikes dry and locked in the garage. Recommendation for Trier, here is price/performance and we like to come back for longer!
