Very nice staff at the reception, the girls at breakfast were very attentive and have constantly refilled. Our room was in the pedestrian zone, at night it was noisy, but what can the hotel do when drunk and grumpy youths are on their way to the bus stop? The location is just special, for us the proximity to the city center has far outweighed the 'inconveniences' at night. Finally we wanted the proximity to the center, who is looking for peace and quiet finds enough alternatives on the outskirts of the city.

Rooms and service are quite good. Prices are ok when they are not fully booked. Overpriced when they get full. Make sure you don't get a room towards the dive bar at front.

Unfriendly and naughty!

Employees pretend to be superiors and are not even held accountable for naughty emails.

I can only advise anyone against a visit.

The hotel manager lies brazenly to pull herself out of the affair.

Poorly ventilated, drinks vending machine is always empty and the Breakfast is nothing. Our rooms were clean and new. The location in the pedestrian area is good, but for this price we would have Parking included desired.

Hotel consists of 2 upper Floors in a Commercial Building, in the middle of the City. We had a clean Room to the Pedestrian Zone. Very loud! Sleeping with an open Window is hardly possible. No Air Conditioning — therefore Windows open. TG place please reserve in advance and specify Car Size — a bit tricky. Breakfast was good.

Room good and location nicely central. Breakfast ok. Parking expensive. In the drinks vending machine there is always only water and elsewhere you don't get drinks here, therefore star deduction.

Ideal for group tours, as multi-bed rooms are also offered. Very clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Staff is very helpfull and the rooms are clean. However, there is no minibar, no satellite TV which limits it to 7 local German channels and breakfast in the weekend doesn't start until 8 am which meant we couldn't use it…

A really good location in the city centre. Rooms are nice and tidy. Only issue is parking but that might be because I decided not to park at the hotel itself.

Location top. Rooms could need a refresher. Reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast simply loveless (old fruit, stone-hard rolls, cold! filter coffee, etc. ). When checking out, complains: Answer, … for 5 € you can't expect more… Well! Too bad…

The location of the hotel is located on the edge of the pedestrian zone. There is a lift which takes you OG and other rooms to the reception in the 2nd House. The hotel rooms are for T. Be reached only by stairs, which reach a room with mobility problems may be more difficult. The rooms themselves have an access control by card, a TV, a desk, wardrobe and a Bank and of course a bed. The bed is relatively generous. The room was located in a clean condition, and here not the time has stopped. The door in the bathroom is slowly losing substance and the towel radiator could use even a new coat because this is no longer quite so looks. Breakfast, which for €5 p. N. P. P record fell was in order and the price reasonable. A parking place in the garage this can be booked also for €8 p. N. Here you can get a key for the gate at the entrance, Park you can click on the paved parking lots or on a lift. Parking is the confusion of the guest with reserved for hotel aulmann concurrently with her and T. Also with reserved designated for Betz (operator of the hotel). We got communicated, this info but only on the next day after our car has spent the night in a public parking garage (~ €15 per 24 h). All in all a hotel with slight weaknesses that you can recommend for a short city trip.

Room small — for 1-2 nights OK. Everything was clean, breakfast bad with cheap crisp rolls and sausages from the Aldi! Great location right in the Centre of Trier. Underground parking available!

Great location, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is reasonable. Close to attractions and we had a very quiet room.

Top location, rooms are small for 1-2 nights okay, everything was clean, Breakfast poor with cheap Aufbackbrötchen and sausage from Aldi!

Super experience at the Hotel Aulmann and in Trier! We were in August 2014 for a week in the Hotel Aulmann and it was great! The Hotel is located in the middle of downtown in the beautiful Trier, is the birthplace of Karl Marx, it is the Mosel and everywhere around Roman monuments, as well as dozens of shops in the pedestrian zone. Everything within walking distance! The room was always clean and was well maintained. Breakfast was also very good. With the personnel we had no problems, all were very friendly and helpful and gave us many tips for our visit in Trier called. All in all, a great experience, we would love to come again and can the Hotel Aulmann recommend.

The Hotel is centrally located, very clean and well maintained. The staff were always friendly and helpful. You can see all the sights during the day to walk and also for the evening are enough Restaurants and Clubs within walking distance. Also can go shopping in Trier wonderful! For a Städtetripp so a great Hotel! We would love to come back.

Nice Hotel. Unfortunately, if you are with a larger vehicle. Must you have a Parking lot looking. But in all a very good Hotel. It would recommend.
