Very hospitable house, where you are also welcome with dog (s). Wonderful view and walking paths directly at the house.

In Trier, there is nowhere near a view as brilliant as that of the Hotel Kockelsberg on the terrace. Mega delicious cake that is homemade with a lot of love which you can taste immediately. As an EX restaurateur, I can more than recommend!

Wonderful hotel just above Trier! Breathtaking view from the patio in the restraunt. Great room and accommodations. Me and my wife greatly enjoyed our stay. Probably the best food we had on our 2 week trip the Europe.

Cozy hotel with beautiful views. Our room had a terrace that allowed a full view of Treveris. This summer it made an unusual warmth for Germany and the room was a bit warm, it's a good thing it rained and soda on the second day. Recommend. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast was excellent.

I am now in this House for the 2nd time and have no reason to complain. Friendly staff and also boss, even if the guest enters the house at first a little stressed after a long day. Super room, delicious food and also important for business travelers, very good Wi-Fi to send a few more messages to the office.

A great little gem not far from Trier, authentic nobels home that has been turned into a cosy inn. They have a realy nice restaurant with local food, wine and beer.

We were satisfied on all points. Particularly noteworthy is the nice staff that took care of our children touchingly. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

This hotel is located on top of a hill on the other side of the Mosel river. The result is a breathtaking view on Trier and its Roman buildings. Food is German, with a fine game menue. I personally go there to eat the fine rabbit with Spätzle and Brussels sprouts.

Excellent breakfast, very tasty cake variations and incredibly friendly staff. The rooms are tidy, bright and cosy. My husband and I have felt very comfortable here and were absolutely certainly not the last time here. With that in mind, thank you for the hospitality!

Spontaneously we got a great comfortable room with a great breakfast. The view from the hotel in the middle of nature was very impressive. Only recommended. Very nice staff.

Beautiful old building with modern equipment without ruining the charm of the building.
Very friendly team and a very good delicious cuisine that can score with variety and quality.
The rooms in the annex unfortunately do not reach the standard in the main building.
Due to the separation from the main house, the outbuilding has a motel character.
In case of bad weather, it is recommended to make your way through the car park to the main building with the restaurant.

We were there briefly for a coffee and piece of cake. Very nice professional upscale reception and it was delicious. The view over Trier makes one speechless.

Was okay but could be better room could be cleaner especially the toilets. And service was Mittelmäsig came forward as if the boss had been annoyed. Where many people were there… so again there for the price no.

Alone, the Outlook is there to stay value here. A kitchen that is outstanding. The friendly and attentive staff will do the rest for a very pleasant stay. For me, it is confirmed once again: family-run Hotels are the best. Conclusion: Here I would like to come again.

Great Hotel! Staff is friendly and ready to serve. Also, the location is amazing. Close to the city, but disconnected. It was a true escape. I was in one of the small rooms on the top floor of the new building. Super happy! I will be back!

Typical German "mountain" hotel, very felt Christmas atmosphere. Beautiful view of Trier.

This hotel is a small drive from Trier, but worth it just for views of the Mosel and the city. It is also very affordable, with a 5 euro breakfast that exceeds most European hotel breakfasts and one of the hotels I have been to that feature both scrambled eggs & bacon.
Visit Trier, then drive here to enjoy the views and relax for the evening.

Were from 18 August to 21 August 2013 there. Very friendly and competent staff, very good working atmosphere. Also, the staff is always kind of fun to have. The food was excellent, plentiful, and very quickly, although the Restaurant was very well attended. We had in the evening always a lot of fun, especially with our Italian cold drinks. Ps the waiter would have to know. The Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, particularly the small Croissants and rolls. Greetings Andrea and Bernd Thospann.
