Spacious rooms in a quiet location. Nevertheless, in 10 minutes walk in the city center. Bad Sauber. Breakfast fine. The carpet in the room is not nice. Needs to be urgently renewed or better replaced by laminate or similar.

Its OK, but nothing special. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean but small and basic. No fridge, tea or coffee facilities or AC. Storage space limited to small wardrobe. If you are looking for a room for a couple of nights and don't need any extras, then this is ideal although overpriced for what it is. Location is also OK. Close enough to shopping centres, but just far enough away to be an unwanted walk after a night out (approx 500m). Breakfast is good — typical continental buffet, cold meats and bread rolls but is an extra €9. Internet is very good and free. Beds are very comfortable. All in all its OK here, but I won't come back. I like having a fridge, a kettle, some English language entertainment TV and either a room big enough to do some phys in or a fitness facility… none of which are available at this hotel. I should add that SkyNews is (the only English language channel) available, and I bought a kettle locally for €11.

Very nice and quiet hotel.
The reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Everything was always freshly recreated. It should be noted that there were only fresh products here. We will definitely come back.

Great modern, clean room, good location and friendly staff, good private car park and a short walk away from town — great value for money, the best on our trip by far, shame there was no tea of coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel is located about 400m away from the Porta nigra on a main road. The rooms go backwards. With closed windows, nothing can be heard from the street.
My room was on the second floor, which was easily accessible via the elevator. My room was without balcony. As I smoke, I initially thought this would bother me. However, since access to the room is a kind of exterior and can be smoked there, I had a solution the actual room is modern, clean, spacious and practicable. I was missing a little fridge. Since I was traveling professionally, this really matters to me.
The breakfast is nicely done and offers a good selection. Allergy sufferers (lactose) are respected. The hotel offers alternatives on request.
What is striking is that all the staff were very friendly and accommodating ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ behind the house there is a parking lot with 22 parking spaces. In the summer I would not stop there, however, because my room was always very warm, despite the fact that I tried to ventilate, turn heating down to cool down. Air conditioning is not available to. To counteract this in summer if necessary.

All great. The city is not far, the room was large and clean. Breakfast is also good. The staff is competent and helpful. I would stay here again immediately.

Price performance spike. Beautiful, modern hotel, clean room. Very close to the city and with its own parking ideal.

Good service and friendly staff. Rooms pleasant and well decorated. We had a family room on floor 4. Things of note are that the car park is small so book ahead, the lift only goes to floor 2 and the family rooms are in the eaves with freely opening skylights that have no restrictions. A very pleasant stay.

Everything was very good. A hotel as you wish. Nice reception, clean furnishings and despite proximity to the city quiet.

As the name partially says: Modern hotel in front of the gate, in this case the Porta nigra. Nice rooms with modern bathrooms, some with balcony. Parking spaces at the house. The breakfast is a bit dull, for the price but OK. The centre of Trier is a 10-minute walk away.

This hotel is very well located just a few steps of the famous Porta Negra. The Room was very nice, spacious and clean! Nice breakfast! Parking also available for free!

Good value for money, friendly staff. Good breakfast, We had room 306, superior room, with a big balcony at the back of the building, so no noise from the street. We didn't need it but when it gets warm an airconditioner woud be nice. Be aware that some rooms ar not accessable by elevator.

Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber geschmackvoll und in hoher Qualität eingerichtet. Zum Hof auch sehr leise. Solides Frühstück, angemessene Auswahl. Erfreulich: mehrere Sorten Käse.

Great hotel with very nice staff. Helpfully allowed us to leave our car after we checked out so we could walk in the hills without moving it to a paid lot.

Clean City not far away, friendly.

Professionally, I was staying in this hotel for a week.
Since I had to work at night I slept course during the day, what was possible here without problems, because the room perfectly to darken.
Also the service was always a parking free held first cream that night has me Porter.
And breakfast I could partially around 5:30 in the morning although really only breakfast is offered from 7: 00.
Thank you to this place for the extra sausage;)
When I'm back in Trier I look forward to this hotel with very nice staff.

Nothing to complain. Modern style, clean room and bath, nice staff, good breakfast.

City hotel in a very clean condition. Super attentive Service. Rooms and Hotel are in a very good structural condition and decorated in a modern design. Bathroom is large with shower. The only minus point, we are no friends of carpeting in the rooms. Breakfast buffet very good. Super price/leistngsverhältnis.

Relatively new Hotel, very clean, stylish and centrally located. Rooms large and bright. Perfect for a city break.

This Hotel deserves usually a fourth star! + everything is new and modern + Rooms are big, bright and clean + very nice and helpful staff (both at the reception, as well as the service personnel) + delicious Breakfast (all fresh) + private guarded Parking + Central location (5 min to Porta Nigra) — Parking could be included Conclusion: An absolute favorite among the feel-good hotel! We were very happy to be here.

For the price is really unbeatable. The only drawback is street noise sometimes noticeable for someone with a very shallow sleep so may not be optimal. But I had no problems.
