➜ Location one is from the hotel quickly in the city center or pedestrian zone, at the cathedral, etc. And the rooms are adequate and clean. Just great.

When I arrived in the afternoon, a note was hung on the door that the hotel would probably only open in a few hours. (I've never seen a hotel) So I stood there with my luggage. At check-in then an absolutely overwhelmed and unfortunately incompetent employee was unable to book my breakfast and cancel the tax as I was travelling for business. The check-in process lasted 30 minutes and in the end I held a false invoice with the name of another guest in my hand. Everyone makes mistakes, but as a receptionist you should keep the kindness. But she became supplong and unfriendly.
For one night the hotel is okay, albeit very old. The location is top, breakfast as well. But nothing more.
