Super Breakfast, great quiet rooms, Perfect staff.

This is a beautiful hotel, rooms large, clean, newly refurbished, breakfast is very good, management excellent. Wi-Fi first class. Location number one. Views green & lovely. Price is reasonable.

It's alright. Just couple small things that can be improved. Reception really gave me the impression that I'm not that super welcome nothing rude or anything. Just not friendly. Also there are some annoying things like lack of clear marking. What is wrong with "push" sticker on the door? Or standard no smoking sign? Big plus for a soy milk for breakfast. Free parking holds 5 cars. Nearby big parking lot with a lot of free spots — 6.6 eur/day.

The staff is so wonderful and helpful. The room was an upgrade and was so beautiful. I hope to re-book it again at my next stay. THANK YOU so very much to the amazing staff!

Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and super service. It has a bar and a terrace where I had one (actually several) of the best German beers. Conveniently located very close to the train station (less than 10 minutes in a walking distance), I would definitely return.

The staff are first rate. The breakfast buffet is extensive and superb. All the facilities are very good. The bar was always open for a late night drink. The location is very central. All in all very good value for money.

I would like to compliment the junior operations manager, Martin for his gracious and warm hospitality to arrange my stay. He is very professional yet people friendly and solved calmly in regards my administrative matters about my stay. The room was sparking clean and full of natural light, I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is great, different types of cheeses, sausages, bread and freshly pressed juice… etc and the coffee machine to complete :) I would recommend this hotel to anyone as their first choice who likes to visit Wuppertal!. Very nice and modern hotel. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The service at the bar was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very extensive. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Good, clean and beautiful. Unfortunately the heating was down for 24h in December. The problem was solved with small radiators, which of course made a lot of noise at night. This was not so gratifying. Due to the high voltage, the fuse was constantly getting out, so the technician had to come into the room 6 times. Since I had to work urgently at lap top, I was dependent on electricity. Annoying. Higher power, as bewitched, but the problem seems to exist for some time. I hope it is solved, then it would be a cuddly place.

Was very happy with each of my stays. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are furnished in a modern style and the adjacent underground car park is directly accessible from the hotel.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It looks nice and very modern. The breakfast was delicious and very complete. The room looked great as well, although there wasn't a little fridge. We didn't miss it as it was winter but definitely comes in handy during summer. Staff was super friendly and could speak English very well! The restaurant was closed when we were there, it would've been nice to know up front. I missed the occasion to get some coffee or tea as there wasn't a option to make it in the hotel room. All in all a great stay and would definitely come back.

The idea of rewarding the room's untidying/cleaning with a small surprise is right and commendable for the environment (but also for the operating costs of the hotel operator). But: a little apple as a reward, where I can take any number of apples at the reception every day from a bowl?!?! Other houses have a voucher for a drink at the bar or similar. And thus ensure both enthusiasm for me as a guest and at the same time that the "saved" money is not lost to the house.

I felt very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful and more than good.
The next time I stay in Wuppertal, I will book here again.

The staff is friendly, the rooms with bathtub clean and spacious.
The bed was taut and not well located, but the mattress has more IKEA quality.
However, it was a bad thing that the room was not heated with the air conditioning! It was 15 degrees, which is OK for sleeping.
In the bathroom there is a heating fan, which I then also used to heat the room.

The breakfast I felt was not good! The room noisy and uncomfortable, the baked goods all moist inside! Not baked (baked).
After my complaint, the cook also found this defective and said that he had to talk to the supplier. Improvement did not occur. That's how I baked my buns with the toaster.
The beer ham was grey and smelled slightly bitter — was it the previous day too? The selection of sausages could not be enthusiastic anyway.
Everything else OK: lots of juices, eggs and the usual food that English and Americans eat in the morning.

Very friendly and courteous staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds and despite full bar and event, it was always quiet in the rooms and hallways. The breakfast could be a bit more variable, but the choice of products was good and high quality.

Incredibly friendly staff, fluent in several languages. Expansive breakfast and buffet, clean and modern rooms. Wifi might be slightly out of range in some areas.

Recently renovated hotel, really cosy, central location in Elberfeld (next to the Opera), large rooms, good business setting incl. Facilities for small-scale events, excellent buffet food and overall service! One side of the hotel offers nice panoramic views.

Great location in walking distance of the city center and the Schwebebahn station. Staff was friendly and the room was spacious, modern and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I stayed there one week, very good place from outside. Rooms are small, we can't cook. Price is very high. But still I give rating 4 for hospitality and neatness.

The concept of your hotel gave us full satisfaction. However, we allow ourselves to make two remarks: (1) lack of a treasure in the room and (2) a small plan to better find the access to the underground garage at La Sûdstrasse. For the rest, as already said, we were very happy in your hotel.

The hotel has a very nice location, the view is perfect. The room was very nice for us and our three children, all was arranged for us with a babybed. The hotel design is very nice. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. The breakfast was very nice. Small thing missing was the information about the parking. It was not clearly explained how the parking was working so we left the car on the public parking in front of the hotel. When we left we paid only 6.60euros for the day. This was a good surprise of course. It would have been nice that the hotel staff told us that we could park our car in the parking and that it would be very cheap. But all in all a very pleasant stay.

Grotesque! The first 4-star Hotel with Bar, Bistro and Restaurant which has no Cappuccino ausschenkt — except to guests of the hotel. And right next to the city hall.
