For me it is unimaginable why the hotel has such a good rating.
1. There is clearly a lot of dust in the whole room (lamps, towel racks …)
As well as spots from the predecessor are not completely wiped away by the mirror, shower door, light switch.
Under the bed, cleaning women, which can be found on the white bed sheet and in the shower on the wall, are rarely wiped by the black hringen rings.
2. If you are a frost bump, you should avoid the hotel in the winter season, as there are no blankets and pillows.
Only a blanket and pillows are planned for each guest. Even nice ask does not help:) then you just have to freeze …
3. On the Internet it was said that you can get what to eat from 19 to 22, but the kitchen probably closes earlier this time and at 21 15 it was too late to commission something:) then just go to sleep hungry or save yourself with the delivery service.
4. The shower is absolutely leaking, everything flows out and makes a sprouting cap in the bathroom.
5. So the receptionist was quite friendly, but she was also the only one of the staff who was nice, whom I got to know.
6. The furniture is very old and visibly worn out, the bed makes terrible noises.
So a second time I don't want to come back at any time, but still thank you for staying.
My suggestions for improvement would be directed primarily at cleanliness, as well as on the friendliness of the staff and BITTE plans a few more blankets in winter.
