100 euros a night 3x then 45 euros for parking. Room without climate in this hot weather. That you have to sleep with an open window. Opposite the station. Unbelievably loud. I have never slept so expensively so badly and from the staff I do not want to start at all.
for me… Never again.

The hotel is quite small and close to the train station. The staff is extremely accommodating, the rooms clean and large enough. Just as you would expect from a 3 star hotel. But the highlight was definitely the breakfast! The selection is huge and it's all lovingly prepared, including coffee specialties and freshly squeezed orange juice. So the money is definitely worth it.

Hotel itself good, there is nothing to complain about, Mercure stop. Because of the location at the ZOB, the "Gesocks" runs around again and again, but well, fits already.

Good hotel and perfect breakfast. Unfortunately high parking charges. But you can stay here. Can I recommend.

Very appealing hotel in top location VonBad Oyenhausen. Very tastefully decorated. Room was very clean. With balcony. All the staff excellent. But the absolute highlight is the gigantic breakfast and this beautiful ambiance. You feel right at ease. I have never had such a fantastic breakfast with such an attentive staff. There are already 5 stars plus plus. Absolutely recommended. Price/performance Peak.

First Class breakfast. We were absolutely thrilled that we had our orange juice ourselves and freshly squeezed. Mega thing, really. Very appealing.

I liked the short stay at the hotel very much. Because I eat mostly vegan, I had worries because of the breakfast buffet, which proved to be unfounded: avocado cream as a spread of bread, almond drink to cereal, a large smoothie selection, lots of fresh fruit and dry fruits and even Overnightoats With chia seeds and fruit. I was very impressed. My Omnivore family loved the Kartoffelmuffins and the Antipastiauswahl as well as the quark and Jogurthvariationen. The room had a window to the bus station and the tracks, which is why it was very noisy, especially because the windows are barely soundproof. Therefore, there is one star less, all in all but a great stay.

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub im Mercure Hotel untergekommen. Nach 2 Stunden Anfahrt mussten wir erst einmal feststellen, dass es rund um das Hotel nur Kurzzeitparkplätze mit Parkschein oder — scheibe gab oder die zugehörige Tiefgarage, welche 15€/Tag kommt. Die Hotelfassade sieht nicht sonderlich einladend aus, doch von innen macht es was her. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel ist sauber. Der Flur ist sehr einladend, die Zimmer schlicht und schön. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir ein Zimmer zu den Bahnschienen, welche direkt gegenüber vom Hotel sind (! ) An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, trotz Lärmdämmung. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir direkt um ein anderes Zimmer geben und dieses auch sofort bekommen (Glück da eines frei geworden ist). Betten und Kissen sind Geschmackssache, mein Partner fand beides gut, ich nicht. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert, da uns 17€ pro Person zu teuer war (In näherer Umgebung des Hotels gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken). Fazit, für ein paar Nächte okay, doch länger würde ich hier nicht bleiben.

Staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are of a good standard. Each room has shower facility, television, desk and coffee machine. Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard. The breakfast options are good with a wide range of choices. My only criticism of hotel is the free Wi-Fi is terribly slow, far slower than what you would expect in 2018.

Worst night ever. Sleeping next railstation. Never again!

I was at the hotel Mercure for a Christmas breakfast and I loved it. The breakfast buffet was a very special experience. So much choice of delicacies was stunning. To enumerate all delicacies would take too long. Very special atmosphere and very nice staff. Please pre-order!

Great hotel with super nice team.

We were here for the Weihnachtsfrüstücksbuffet. Seldom found such a large selection. Everything was delicious and the staff were very accommodating. Top, Happy again!

One should not expect too much, but is still absolutely fine.

Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff all spoke English. Will be back.

Nice and reasonably priced hotel. Breakfast options are really good. If you are booking a room remember to ask for it to be away from the lifts (they're very noisy). The Wi-Fi is pretty substandard so don't expect to be streaming films or getting much work done, though there is a pricey premium Wi-Fi option available. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Carpark will cost you extra €10/night and breakfast extra €15/pp. Description mention restaurant, but there is only bar in the building. A bit cheeky. Otherwise ok.

Is a good hotel with a small bar next to the station. Who is sensitive with regard to trains, which should avoid it, otherwise you have restaurants that you can visit and a nice Park nearby.

Light and shadow: The Central location directly at the train station invites you to Sleep with closed but at least a good insulating Windows. Very friendly staff. Absolutely outstanding Breakfast buffet with huge variety, fresh Crema or a speciality coffee from the vending machine. Free Wi-Fi and a Tassimoautimat the room on a round the really good offer. Absolute recommendation in this price range.

From the start you was made to feel welcome by Sabrine, Mattias, Mr Steffen Buschmann and the staff. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the breakfast was excellent. From continental to British breakfasts the selection was huge. Parking was well thought of as its underneath the hotel under the watchful eye of security so peace of mind can be had with regards to your personal transport. On a personal note I had a problem with my car so I needed help with regards to keeping my room until the car was fixed. In this case it was an extra five days and the staff really put my mind at ease as I had my 13 year old son and my wife. Sabrine and Mattias also helped with contacting the garage as my German wasn't exactly perfect and the boss Stefan sorted out the receipts for my insurance claim. Nothing was ever a problem if you asked any of the staff. Bang for buck one of the best hotels around. Vielen Dank für alles.

Had ueberhasteter departure a cardigan and — stupid — denture forget. Since I Tel. No not had, my husband asked tel. To Uebersendung to ask. After almost a week by email inquiry — no Response. Next day called. Nothing was found, call my husband's not memorable! Half an hour later Rueckruf, denture is there, jacket not. I should for shipment of a dental prosthesis to pay, because I forgot Yes it would have and just how much work it would have made the Tooth look. (From the jacket was no more talk. ) In any other Hotel are the staff, what is it in the rooms you will find the reception, which has the address of the guest and sends it unangefordert "sincerely" back. Forget about there just not your wallet!
