Excellent food, very good service and quiet and specious rooms.

Very nice staff, great location of the hotel. Had a single room that looked a little rustic and could use some refreshment on carpet and furniture. Nevertheless, everything was clean and tidy.
Plus point for well-functioning Wi-Fi, a beautiful garden and use of the minibar at no extra charge.
Breakfast buffet was very varied and varied.
The peacock, who lives in the neighborhood, was quite shared, but it didn't bother me. The hotel offers free earplugs for those who are not used to animal sounds ;-)

Very clean you must also expect for a 5 star hotel. Ware unfortunately only for funeral coffee there. The room was also ok. You can also sit outside in the summer. Because there are also beautiful seating areas. Ideal for divers and non-smokers. Has its own restaurant. The food is also delicious. Unfortunately, I cannot judge the rooms. Haven't seen any of it.

I'm disappointed. Was satisfied last year, wanted to book today, homepage no reservation possible. I called and learned that over 50% price increase was made by new owner because of Gladbachgame. Impudence! I booked elsewhere.

I was only here for breakfast, but for that reason alone it is worth a visit. The buffet is very sumptuous, you have a wide selection of juices, spreads and toppings, as well as freshly prepared dishes that can be selected from the menu. The conditions are very friendly and the room cozy furnished! Definitely recommended.

Always a special Experience. Seasonal, fresh and super delicious food. The Service is very nice and attentive. You realise that it's not saving on the wrong End and Skilled Workers are doing their Job.

Beautiful hotel, friendly atmosphere. You can see that it's been in the years. A few renovations wouldn't be bad. But all in all, a clean hotel.

Good and nice staff, nice rooms outside the room.
Some rooms are probably a bit dated, with lots of wooden furniture, old carpeted floors and old bathroom.
Clean, however, was everything.
An additional minus point is the peacock in the neighborhood, which cries out and screams in the morning from half-past seven… You don't need to put an alarm clock.

The hotel is good, the restaurant absolutely avoid!
The attentive staff greets the guests very friendly in the modern lobby. The rooms are very clean and tidy and large enough. You can find everything you could expect, but the furniture is already a bit older, but still maintained.
The restaurant should be avoided. I would rate the food as a bad canteen meal.

I can only say that my husband and I seldom have been so attentively served as here. Even on my diet was received. The food tastes great, the service is top. We feel comfortable here.

I was there for brunch on the 5th or 6th Sunday.
From the With love-covered table to the staff, everything is exquisite.
In addition there is the selection of buns, juices, cold cuts, eggs in all Varitionen, everything is super tasty and lovingly done.
There's nothing to complain about here.

I was just 2 nights alone with my little dog there. I had booked a superior room in the "rest pole" to the full and sleep out. After checking in with my little spaniel everything seemed perfect and I made myself comfortable in the very nice room, grabbed everything out and relaxed. After a delicious schnitzel, which was quickly brought to my room, I was completely satisfied. After my long drive I was very tired and therefore I wanted to sleep peacefully at 21:00. But pustekes! Right underneath my room was the kitchen and the restaurant. It was an unreasonable soundscape. So it took me a long time to finally sleep. But at just before 6am 00 in the morning the hardworking staff started their work and it just scuffled under me. So I went later to the reception to clarify the dilemma with the option that I can, for my part, of course also stay overnight elsewhere. Unfortunately, I could not be offered an equivalent room and the problem with this room was unfortunately already known. I have now been shown a suite and a standard room. A free upgrade to a suite would have saved my day, of course. Unfortunately it did not come to this and so I took the quietly located standard room — an additional €15 discount because of the circumstances. It was quiet and at the very back, but Wi-Fi? Missing ad! Try Netflix! Unfortunately, the room heated up so slowly that I was cold until I fell asleep. The heating in the bathroom didn't get hot at all!

Well… the rooms have already come in drift… 80s style. There is a need for renovation, especially in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was average. In comparison to previous visits, it has diminished in this area. Only the Breakfast.

We were last night eat there. The food was super delicious and of high quality, taste excellent and creative. What was wrong was the service. We have more than twenty minutes before the empty glasses sitting, the kitchen was not able at the same time on the table to bring three food and the pauses between courses were much too long! We were there at 19 00 watch, each had an appetizer and the main course came to 20 35 pm! Therefore only conditionally recommended. We have not stayed.

Super hotel. While always like to here to home games of Borussia Dortmund and especially because of the great breakfast. Rooms very nicely decorated, Wed love to detail, attentive service. Really strongly to recommend.

There several times I attended meetings, super work spaces with everything you need (Beamer moderator case of flip charts etc. ) excellent care währene the meeting.

The first hotel I've ever stayed in with a free mini-bar! Water/Apple juice/beer/chocolate/snacks all refilled daily. Positive: nice large rooms, clean, free wireless LAN Negative: breakfast way too expensive (€14/person), more for business guests than for families.
