Here the staff have accomplished a rare dear — combining traditional architecture and furniture with very modern furnishings and design to make a place that is both very welcoming and cozy, while not feeling old at all. I really liked the breakfast room — the old beams from the half-timbered building are exposed and the entire front wall has been opened up and glassed in. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. My only regret is that the stay was so short.
