Fantastic apartments and great to explore from.

The staffs are friendly and helpful, facilities are good. Pretty close to everything, even to Belgium and Holland.

This area is a hiker’s paradise! The facilities and staff here are first class. The people we have encountered all seem quite peaceful and nice.

A very good place to stay. The appartement is well equipped, was very clean and for two persons enough space. Friendly lady at the reception. The Eifel region is beautiful.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean with all the comforts of home. There was everything we needed to fix our own meals along with good restaurants near by. You do need to have your own car to get around. The national park is close by and renting electronic bicycles is very reasonably priced. The people are so nice everywhere you go. I must say the people who work here are exceptional. Their honesty, integrity, and willingness to go out of their way to help is over the top. We left money and cards in the safe in the room and didn't realize for a couple days. Luckily the people who stayed in the room after us didn't open the safe. The staff collected the contents and went out of their way to overnight it to where we were staying in Austria. They are awesome. Our trip would have had a big dampener on it had we lost all our money. Thank you so much!

First day here absolutely beautiful surroundings. In the midst of a National park with a stream running through. Outdoor pool crazy golf fitness park sauna such a lot to see and do. Have not had chance to find our way around yet but will get back to you at the end of the week. So far so good.

Good place for family travelling by car as it is on hill and away from city… nice landscape, nature views! No hotel or shopping center nearby.

As we booked this resort through RCI. We got this charming, calm and scenic resort to stay. My family loved the stay and also enjoyed the view from the window.

My husband and I have had the most amazing experience here. Beautiful country side, warm welcoming faces, what more could you ask for. A big thank you to the staff at the reception and housekeeping for making our stay so comfortable.

This is a place that we make a stop on every European vacation! This feels like home! The staff and resort make this a place of comfort and ease! The staff are multilingual, and friendly! I am excited about this place because, this place makes you excited! Everything you need… large rooms/apts. Laundry. Games Room. Sauna. Movie rental. Fantastic!

Unfortunately, Monday have many shops to which I find very bad.

When my son and best friend finally got to your location they were welcome with smiles and a warm, friendly personality. The whole time your staff offered guidance and recommended locations and attractions. He said the location was very clean, home like atmosphere and nice cozy rooms within the units. Not only is he grateful for the experience, but I am as well. Between having a childhood dream to go come true, you helped make the experience not only life changing, but something he will never forget. Thank you again, this will never be forgotten!

Lovely little resort in a village location with helpful reception staff. The apartment is clean and close to interesting places to visit. Car essential.

This area is a real boondocks, without a car here in any way. Eiffel National Park, in fact, is a piece of wood, which diligent ancestors did not knock out, and the current generation decided about 10 years ago here to found a reserve, so that at least something to keep in one piece. Cologne is an hour and a half drive, more than two cars are in Luxembourg; There are a 30-40 minutes drive to some nice pools.  
Of course, I thought we had a charm in the German outback. But it was a mistake.  
What is this apartment? A few 3 storey houses, two apartments on the floor. If you are lucky, one of the rooms will be overlooking the lawn. In our version there are two rooms: one with a view of the parking lot, the second-on a blank wall in 2 meters.  
Asked for another room, "Oh, sorry, we're busy. " In a day we see, like people go out, have turned again: "Come tomorrow, we will try for you something to come up". OK, come "with you 50 euros, because we have new towels you have to give"…  
In each apartment on Rauteru, but the internet costs 10 euros per week. (Kind of like the yard of 2017, not 2000) Thanks, no need.  
Well, and the cherry on the cake — apparently, a part of the housing stock of this cimera SUDSIDIRUETSJA government for renting refugees.

A nice vacation hotel, not gorgeous, but comfortable!

Very nice apartment, helpful staff, very friendly. Is, however, at the height, which means every evening for cyclists at the end once again a challenge.

The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and nice. There is a grocery store close by. It is convenient to the national park, but quite remote from anywhere else. It would have been nice to have bikes available to use.

This is a wonderful place, never knew it existed until I traded a time share week for a stay here. I'd come back anytime.

The best place to stay for a holiday in nature! Maybe the cleanest rooms I've ever been to, a newly renovated room with a beautiful kitchen, supplied with ample necessities. Great location, nice view from the large window in the room (2 person room). Two slight letdowns: very slow Wi-Fi (and requires extra fee), and the dining table should have been a bit bigger. But overall I would fully recommend a stay at this Ferienpark, absolutely the best place to discover the beautiful Eifel walks in the surroundings.

Very beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Good central location out of the city to access many parts of Western Germany, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands.

Amazing room. Cleanest I've ever seen with all the equipment you need. Location is good, great for walks. Quiet surroundings, really relaxing.

We arrived yesterday and are in apartment 333, the same apartment as a previous reviewer. Clearly, the apartment has been upgraded as the furniture is fresh with no signs of being old and worn. There are no signs of 40+ years of previous cooking (as per another reviewer). So far impressions are positive. One issue which might trouble some is that the terrain is quite steep and getting to and from the lounge and reception may be a issue to those with mobility problems. Otherwise it's good. If your German is a poor as mine, you will find that many of the people in the shops in the village have very little or no English. However, a smile, pointing and gesturing gets you a long way. The tourist office is very helpful. More later.

You must have transportation while staying at this location! Furniture is old and worn in Apt. 333. Apt. Is clean! Get food supplies before you arrive on a Saturday or Sunday! The staff are fantastic! Parking can be difficult to find! Pay for the Internet service as you check in.

The view from our living room was an abandoned, weed covered building. The stench of 40+ years of cooking grease was noticeable from the fabric covered couch and dining set as well as the carpet. My allergies were on full alert, I had to use my inhaler for the first time in months. Nothing in this apartment had been updated since it's inception. We spoke to the manager, to let her know this apartment is making me sick. She shrugged her shoulders and told us we could possibly move by Thursday, I told her we are leaving on friday. We went back to the apartment and opened all the windows to be greeted by cigarette smoke and screaming kids. We are members of Worldmark and expected similar quality from RCI, we had no idea that the standards were worlds apart. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
