Child-friendly hotel, clean, friendly staff.

Rooms spacious, clean. Friendly staff.

Unfriendly and miserly. They refused to refund our money after Prowein cancellation due to Corona Virus or even offer a part of the reservation. Neither consider to keep reservation for next year. I find this is really outrageous-.

Very nice and attentive service, very nice location, good and large buffet at Sunday brunch.

From One to check out… very friendly staff. The Lobby is very chic and harmonious décor. The Wellness area in the 15th. Floor is gorgeous. Two saunas, one can look through huge Windows to the outside. The food from the very extensive Breakfast to the first class 3 course dinner Ala carte is a delight. The Bar has a great drinks menu, the Cocktails, etc. Are Missing. You can Park in the hotel's own car Park free of charge. Wi-Fi is free of charge. I was already often there and I'm thrilled. I hope I can still spend often, such a weekend there.

The staff was very friendly, the service in the restaurant courteous, the food excellent and the ambience fantastically beautiful.
We had a brilliant view of the city from our room and otherwise left the room with no wishes.

Impressive hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet offers quality food and many choices. I was pretty happy with dining in at the hotel restaurant on several occasions. Only deficiency is that there isn't much around the hotel.

Rooms where nice, very clean, beautiful view. Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, it was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Exterior from a distance, looks grey, but when you reach the hotel, and step in… wow… really nice. Fresh. Clean. Big rooms. Looking forward to staying a couple of days for business at the fair.

We had a very good stay here. Loved the fact that there is a gym and sauna complex on the top (15th) floor with a nice view! Dinner and breakfast we're really good.

Brunch on a sunday:
We celebrated my mother's Birthday with a brunch at this marvelous Hotel. We checked the reviews online and made a booking 2 weeks in advance.
The hotel is modern, tidy, upscale and superb and so is the restaurant as well. The food was fresh and tasted very well, the assortment of dishes was exactly right and the staff was quick, friendly and really attentive.
Highly Recommended!

Well located hotel for congresses.

Careful! Van der valk does not comply with the parameters in regards to delights and vouchers set out under German law. Spoke to the manager today about it but he refused to comply. Perhaps seeking legal council might be a viable option. Cannot recommend the hotel until the case settles or is decided!

Top-class Hotel! Insanely large, Reception Area, room, Bathroom! Restaurant excellent, Staff friendly and extremely Helpful. Class Running track through Nature. Despite the Airport No noise pollution, good Connections to the States. My Hotel, 5 Stars for that.

Comfortably stay at the theme suite room, as usual. Very peaceful area surrounded by the forest.

Super Hotel. The staff is always polite and accommodating. The wellness and fitness area is also great. Unfortunately, there are not enough loungers here. The view from the panoramic sauna is impressive. We had our room on the 13th floor overlooking the airport. For us as airplane fans of course a great view. The room was clean and had few signs of use. To our welcome drink in the bar there was also a large bowl of nuts. Breakfast in the restaurant was an absolute dream. However, you should bring some patience at the "eggs" station. There was a huge selection and everyone should find something here. When connecting to public transport, you only have to adjust the right time. Then you can also get to the airport and the city centre. We are definitely happy to come back.

The Sunday brunch is fantastic! Very wide offer of every kind of dishes, from breakfast to fruit passing through fish, meat, sweets etc etc. Great space for the kids.

The room is very clean and equipped, the bed is comfortable and spacious, there are no great views, but the lighting is cozy to very full breakfast, with wide variety reception. With good lobby friendly service.
The restaurant wrong, for the prices you pay there were dishes that were not nice to eat, although in the restaurant the word came up, the wines are hot, and to be in Germany there were only two references, when there are 6 from France, very poor in wine service is Or yes the bartenders very friendly and good service.

Super nice Hotel with good transport links in the immediate vicinity of Düsseldorf airport. Quiet area and in the rooms nothing is heard from the airport to or feel. The Lobby is spacious and comfortably furnished, the reception was super friendly and helpful, 24/7. The Bar is super well stocked also with regard to Scottish Whisky, but also quite affordable. The Restaurant is very nice and the food is fantastic. The room and the bathroom are large, very modern equipped and nothing is missing. Always happy.!

Where did you hide the delicious stuff last Sunday? Exactly one year ago, the selection of the brunch was better than the worlds and also had taste. This time, everything tasted like nothing. It's a pity for nice money. Only the very friendly service has earned stars.

The hotel looks really good. The rooms are quite large and the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower. The staff is very friendly and most speak fluent English. Even those who don't speak English try and apologize for not saying it so well.

Dinner was just OK and the waitress friendly but not organized. Long waiting times and food despite hot plate almost cold. Otherwise staff top. Huge rooms, large bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Comfortable beds and an absolutely legendary breakfast.

Very nice and generous rooms with a very comfortable bed.
The food in the restaurant was also above average.
But what has ruined our stay is the shower. We tried to get the shower in motion without success. When we said this at the front desk, it was only pointed out that the shower terminal and some could only be set up with a towel we could have called the service… is clear at 09:30 naked in front of the shower and just before leaving.

Clean and spatious room, enough parking in the parking garage behind the hotel. Great breakfast as well. Very friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for a good night sleep before a fight.

The building looks out of the DDR from the outside but is a good facility to have large team gathering. The catering is good and the location is well maintained. Very practical as it's close to Dusseldorf international airport.

Excellent Hotel very close to Düsseldorf Airport. Very nice building, services and restaurants — much better than what I expected. On top the people are outmost friendly and supportive. Only challenge: No possibility to charge Electric Cars (only a 220v standard plug offered)

My wife and I spent a weekend in Düsseldorf in this great hotel. It is not very cheap, but the price-performance ratio is simple! The rooms are clean and very well equipped, the staff is consistently friendly and competent and the location is also very good. It is relatively fast in the city centre and also close to the airport. Simply recommended!

The rooms were clean and spacious with a great en suite. Beds were really comfy. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and the staff were polite and courteous.

Super room. Super breakfast. Again at any time! Even the hallway on the smoking floor smells great … And great that there are smoking rooms!

Great hotel for meetings or seminars, very good food throughout the day, unfortunately some parts should be better maintained or kept instantly, so flickered in my room the TV as well as a lamp in the bathroom, in the shower you could be hot due to the probably defective thermostat Shower cold without doing anything for it. First class that you have really free Wi-Fi here without having to pay for it, this is not always the case in other hotels.

Nice conference hotel, quickly accessible by car. Airport and train station are nearby. There are delicious food and excellent coffee. The staff is courteous and friendly. I'm happy to come back.

We often come here, for a break from everyday life. The hotel is really very large class. Stylishly furnished, comfortable, nice staff and perfect service. The spa area at lofty height (15th floor) is also very nice. Sauna with city views, reading areas and quiet eyes …
I can only recommend the hotel to anyone. Price performance is also excellent here!

Very pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating in all areas. Fantastic food in the on-site restaurant and a beautiful sauna area with great panoramic views. The breakfast buffet also offered everything your heart desires. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind for further stays.

This hotel is good. It is very nearby the Airport of Dusseldorf. Taxi is easily accessible. Food and service is good. Slightly expensive.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. Unfortunately we were only short for a seminar in Düsseldorf and could not enjoy the hotel anymore, but definitely come back here. Great room, great mattresses, modern furnishings, large bathroom.

Room very nice, large, comfortable wide beds, closed large sanitary area (which is unfortunately becoming less of a matter of course).
Breakfast well (choice large, quality mediocre. Coffee must be pulled at the fully automatic machine itself.
Food in the restaurant nicely done but not good.
Service in the bar overwhelmed and in stress sometimes unfriendly — unfortunately unprofessional.

I visited the hotel during a meeting. The meeting room is generously designed. The air conditioning is difficult to adjust to a suitable temperature. For seminar participants, a coffee machine is available in the hotel lobby. A free parking garage is available for the arrival by car.

Super Hotel close to the ISS Dome and the Airport. Large room and comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

The hotel looks really good. The rooms are quit big and the bathroom comes with a bath tub and a shower. The personal is really friendly and most of them speak fluently English. Even the once that don't speak English that well try and apologise for not speaking it that well.

It's remote if you're relying on public transport and double beds are actually twin beds slided together but the room is contemporary spacious and clean and it comes with extra toiletries and coffee and tea.

Very large, clean and modern room for a fair price. The hotel also has a cozy lounge bar to have a relaxing drink in.

We had booked the winter arrangement and were already several times to guest. This Hotel, the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness and the food are just perfect. It simply has it all and even the birthday of my wife, was not forgotten. If I could award 10 stars I would do it. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Hands down a 5 stars hotel. From reception to speed of checkin to room cleanliness and the quietness of the room. Will stay again when in the area or anywhere there is Van Der Valk. One thing I had to request extra towels. Room service had my kids sofa bed ready to go. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Suggestion / Complaint Personally to the Board of Directors Dear management of the hotel Van der Valk, you really have a very tasteful and very nice Hotel. I come very much around. Through an event in your home, I for the first time in their Hotel Van der Valk Hotel as a guest landed. As I said, I am very much in Hotels and in the Hotel Bars around but such a Bar-Keeper, I have not yet experienced. Not really! These employees may find the supervisor or Hotel Manager, the hörigste, penibelste and thus the most accurate and führungsleichteste employees. But customer-orientation and what it means, a Bar-Keeper to be even a Millimeter on the customer and guest approaching, He is more than away. I mean even that this employee is the wrong Person at the flat place. This man should be the Hotel-room control or something, where you can meticulously and check exactly but just not as a Bar-Keeper to work. I've never seen a Bar-Keeper seen for so long takes the time to get the 4 cl. So exactly measure, just not the guest one Millimeter more to drink. Very distinctive and striking, the lack of flexibility with the stink of normal nuts, the cheap arguments, how important it was, from the Hotel itself-mixed jar of nuts to use, otherwise nothing. Instead only the top level to take, he sends the guest to the vending machine to be the only process to comply with This person and the immediate superior has not understood it, where the money for their salary comes.

Top Hotel, the no wishes unfulfilled.

Very good, each and every time we have been here. We have been coming to this hotel for about 5 years. It is close to the airport and leaving the car at the hotel (for a little fee) and taking a taxi in the morning takes so much stress out of travelling. The carparks are difficult to find and the affordable ones are a longer walk than the taxi drive itself. The rooms are very spacious and so are the beds. All I want in a hotel is to feel a bit luxurious whilst not paying a fortune and to know that all is fresh and clean with good service. The restaurant is a very good one and it is so comfortable to have a cocktail first, wine, food, dessert and afters without having to worry about how is driving. You can totally relax and walk up to your room. The food is always good and there is always something on the menu that I really like. I love the little amuses you get for starters and I should really not touch the bread, but hey you only life once and it is proper homemade bread. This time we decided to make it special and to stay in one of the suites. When you take into account the free minibar, the luxury bath and just sleeping in a nice, nice large apartment, it is worth paying slighty more and starting your travel or doing your shopping in Dusseldorf in a bit more upgraded way. Anyway, you will see us again next year!

The Restaurant Zizou offers a super kitchen. At a Park, Sleep & Fly booking a wonderful mood for the holiday. Also because of the friendly and courteous staff. Very nice rooms.

If you're in town and need/want to be near the airport, this isn't the worst choice you can make. Big, friendly, rooms, attentive personnel, well maintained facilities, and a smooth checkin and checkout experience. If I am in town, this is where I stay.

Hotel is big, rooms are big, the restaurant, bar, everything was up to high standards (Hilton, NH, etc). The location can be better for the general tourist, as it is far from the alt stadt (center) for me it was perfect just off the highway, with parking lot and my business meeting was just 10 mins walking from the hotel. Would go back to this hotel chain.

Price-performance ratio is simply the best. The rooms are erstklasse and the Wellness area also.

Its a hotel that comprises all the values in a very satisfied way for any kind of customers! I can start describing all the features of it but the foremost advantage is plentiful rooms and a long-variety breakfast which satisfies all the human tastes. Last but not least is the HELPFUL and WELL KNOWN EXPERIENCED PERSONNEL who do everything so as to acquire the customers needs. Great job! Keep on accommodating in this way.

Excellent service from staff, particularly shuttle drivers who could not have been more helpful. Rooms were large, comfortable, well equipped and immaculate. Breakfast was also very efficient and well stocked on a self service basis. Would certainly choose this hotel again.

Really great Hotel: in every angle on edgy and Stylish set. The Service is great — only at Breakfast I would be in a Hotel of this class expect that someone coffee at the table instead of that I to the machine must go. Unfortunately, the situation is getting used to. Is close to the airport but not directly to it, as the Name would suggest. But it is so remote that in the walking distance there is nothing else.

Modern and unconventional business hotel. Who is the Couch or the wall decoration on the men's toilets in looks, knows what is meant.
