Super friendly staff, helpfulness is available and relaxed atmosphere.
The rooms are modern and well equipped.
Cleanliness is a top priority and is also available.
All done correctly and therefore recommended.

Beautiful modern hotel, fair room rates. Very friendly staff. Tram stop is just 100 metres from the hotel. There are only five or six stops to the old town with line 701.
Cons: Breakfast costs €25th per person. This is not justified.

Quiet, cozy, there is a hotel parking.

The room was clean and spacious, particularly for the price. The hotel staff were very friendly. The location was alright, a short train ride from anywhere you would want to go.

Room clean.
Key card didn't work. Reception did not come to open but I had to pick up a new card myself.
At night ten minutes before the door stood and reception was not reached by phone.
Cleaning staff was not allowed to open the room. On two days the card only worked once.

Well located Hotel to be close to the airport. Clean and with all the services for a 4 * hotel.
We were for a fair and it has the train station to 1 minute and trams to 3.

Oh, my gosh! System hotel industry of the worst. Complaints management in its infancy. Even in case of polite inquiries, you felt immediately attacked personally. Personal touch is false indication. Free according to the motto "The guests arrive in a fair city eh". Not again!
P. S. The gym is not one of those! Keep your hands off me!

Great location north of the old city. Nice park and restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store and gas station across the street.

Unfortunately I was at the fair in the hotel for me the accommodation prices were very much exaggerated. If so, I expect wider beds which are also not so easily movable. Even the nasty around the faucet area should not actually have any cracks.
Staff was very friendly. As well as the reception area is very welcoming.
Breakfast is very good.

The room was very nice and clean. The food at the restaurant was fine, except it took quite sometime to get a simple glass of wine poured to me and my colleague. After waiting a good 15 minutes I politely reminder the waiter, who apologized and forgave himself by pouring a very generous glass :-). The bar in the evening was nice too, nice drinks, but of course you had to wait some time has there were only 2 staff members behind the bar and many people as there was a fair going on that week. Breakfast was very good, continental buffet with loads of choices. The hotel has an underground parking.

Modern hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. Everything was neat and tidy. Very good varied buffet breakfast. It's situated near to the train station and 15 minutes from the airport (by car), so it’s very accessible.

A nice hotel on the city border of Düsseldorf on a main road.
The rooms are modern and in the family room with 2 TVs. 5 Star beware always have a Visa card with you, if you do not have to deposit 50 euros in cash.

Arrival by train is recommended, the parking fee per night is only 17 euro.
Breakfast is good except for the cold scrambled eggs.
Conclusion We're not coming back.

It's a nice hotel. The rooms are okay, although they had sand in the floor (for whatever reason). Close to metro and train.

Good Hotel, but expensive breakfast.

In itself Super Hotel. Booked it extra because we had to get to the airport early in the morning. Easy access to the S-Bahn. Unfortunately some hair in bed which I do not like at all. Otherwise everything was clean, rooms were big enough for us. Nice bathroom and modern TV in the room.

Clean, breakfast, new rooms.

I was in the course of a seminar at the NH. The room was modern and spacious, the reception, the whole service, everything perfect — and kitchen excellent. Highly recommended.

Basically the rooms are OK, but show some signs of wear and tear. The hotel is quite noisy, but you can close a door between the room entrance and the sleeping area. Unfortunately, this is of no use if the room, as in my case, goes towards the street, then it is still very noisy. Overall, the hotel does not convince me.

Fantastic food, but the conference room was way too hot and could not be regulated. Aside from that a very pleasant experience.

This hotel was very accommodating even on a short notice of booking. The location is near the train station and is very accessible. The rooms were adequate and clean.

Seminar visit. Had missed me and served me at the breakfast buffet. A nice lady came to the table and told me breakfast package 24, €90. I went to the front desk and explained the situation. The very nice lady said this can happen and clarified the situation in my favor. That was very nice. The hotel receives from me 4 of 5 stars.

Modern and very new facilities. Lack of better soundproofing in the rooms.

The hotel is not very far from the city center. The rooms are soundproofed, clean and tidy. The staff is very courteous.

Big rooms, friendly staff, nice food. Not far away from the city center, and only a 5 minute train from the airport. Takes about 15 minutes on the tram to get to the city center. Recently refurbished. Access to a gym and sauna whilst staying at the hotel. Excellent value for money.

Modern facilities, good location and value for money, breakfast is a bit expensive if you get room without breakfast but other than that it was a decent stay.

Very good service, excellent seminar rooms and excellent cuisine. It is better in lengths than it does from the outside. Attentive staff. Ample parking space in the underground garage.

I only spent one night here, but I can definitely say everything is very comfortable & very clean! Great attention is paid to details — highly recommend to anyone.

Nice hotel — well located outside of the city with easy transport links to the city centre and airport. Check in was fast and we were given a welcome drink. Every day they had free fruits, biscuits, sweets and water at Reception. I thought the breakfast was expensive and nothing special. There is a Lidl across the road where you can get snacks and amenities. Restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a Mcdonalds bar nearby.

Nice and spacious family rooms. The room service is excellent. Breakfast is a bit expensive although it is plentiful.
The parking is very accessible and served by lift but also expensive.
Overall this is a hotel to recommend. I am very happy with my stay at this hotel.

A little out of the city but has great transport links. The breakfast was wonderful. Staff were always helpful. The only downside was that the air conditioning was very weak making it quite stuffy in the room at night.

The location is very good.

It's a nice hotel. Decent sized, en suite rooms. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Called reception to ask for non-feather pillows which were brought to our room within 5mins. All the staff speak English and are happy to do so if your German isn't quite up to par. The only downside I would say is that the room was too warm for my liking. But other than that it's great. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great hotel, perfect location, perfect service and very comfortable beds.

Helpful staff, clean rooms. Not too central if you've got a family and want a city centre hotel. Very easy airport links, popular with air crew. Really good breakfast options and hard working breakfast staff.

Great hotel, very clean and staff are friendly when you approach them for help. Secure underground parking for those who drive (although the lighting is very dark as many seemed to go out during our stay) breakfast is good, plenty of options. Fantastic showers in rooms but they do leave the floor wet when you come out. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. Easy tram links to centre and good for parking. Some small faults but none of these would put off staying again.

Hotel of renowned category, new, comfortable, discreet restaurant and breakfast absolutely plentiful and varied, Internet Wi-Fi very slow, sins to now unacceptable.

Good location, clean rooms, good soundproofing. Decent restaurant, still valid. Difficulty in reception, for reservations and rude staff.

A very good, modern hotel. We were immediately friendly welcomed and included in reception. The rooms were all very spacious. In addition to a large flat-screen TV there was a safe and a nice bath free. The beds (box spring) were super comfortable.
The local staff gave us many tips how, where and when they could do what best in Düsseldorf.
All in all, it was very, very good price/performance ratio. We will definitely return!

Clean-Wi-Fi limit of 500mb.

In the evening we enjoyed a cocktail here quickly. You sit here in a huge atrium and can watch the guests for coming and going.
My "London buck" was OK, but not outstanding.

Horrible experience. I would never recommended this hotel. The worst staff in the world. Mini bar — horor. The reception, as in kindergarten. Rooms, too old. The only thing good was the breakfast.

Upscale Hotel, the Breakfast is very rich, and with just under 25€/Pers. Only something for people who have their first meal of the day to celebrate. The Hotel features a private Parking garage use for one Night incl. Is. The staff is very friendly and before coming.

Very good location, me and the Bus and train is very fast in the city and at the airport. The rooms are clean, large and quiet, if not quite up to date.

Modern Hotel in the north of Düsseldorf. There are close to a bus stop and the tram, and another S-bahn. Hall spacious and the reception is fast and friendly. The 3 lifts take you to one of their 5 plants. The room was a good size with a desk, wardrobe, full bathroom, double bed, minibar, TV and internet with cable. Note that they have free Wi-Fi, but since the room its operation is irregular.

The nh Hotel was from my company booked upon my arrival at 20:00, demanded the Hotel despite Übernahmeerklärung and stored Firmlen credit card that I use my private credit card as security for withdrawals from the Minibar hinterlege. As I refused, were 50 Euro cash Deposit is required. Particularly bold, I found the statement, that would be all of the Hotels to do so, and for (note: quote), "the bureaucrats have to, otherwise stay here" would be no Problem. Was probably my fault: I could not have been in casual wear arrive! Since I had no desire, late in the evening yet another Hotel to look for, I finally made my Mastercard is specified. Any Services of the hotel I had, moreover, is not used, it was also only a day in Düsseldorf planned. For other stays, I'm going to anyway, on a more friendly Hotel to come back to.

Generally good. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, only LAN.

No wireless Internet in your room. In 2014, this is a hotel that provides a 2001 Internet experience. With a painfully slow Wi-Fi connection in the lobby.

Very good price-performance ratio.

Very nice place, I haven't expected such nice service and overall feeling — the room, the lobby — for this price. Very neat, modern and comfortable.

The Hotel is very silent and you wake up 100% rested! King size bed with your own blanket (even in the double bed) is tipically german and it rocks! Rooms are essential, cable TV with a quite wide choice of channels, bathroom enough spacious. Probably the car parking is a bit expensive (reason why you can park the car in Munsterstrasse just in fornt of the hotel). By car is 7 minutes far away from downtown, but there is the tube as well. Good money for value, overall rating Good.

The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful, the rooms were large, clean, and the location was also very good. To complain about was that the beds were soft, but almost in every hotel of the case and the warmwasserregler had in between effort, so it's extremely hot in between.
