Value for money ideally. Breakfast is a great room not dragged.

Good hotel, good location. Only the quality of the Internet is not quite on the level!

Comfortable bed, good size for shower and bath plus toiletries, but towels are quite small and thin but absove water very well so no problem for me.

We had a very nice stay. Location was quite accessible to the city centre by walking. The rooms were nice, decent and quiet. Breakfast was also good. Great service too though there were long ques by checking out.

Booking with breakfast included was interpreted as room only booking, had to pay extra for breakfast, noisy ventilation, sometimes smoked salmon with the breakfast, sometimes not. Room card gets deleted by smartphone when stored in it's cover (it's the only hotel in Dus I know where this happens). Sometimes the card loses its programming even if kept away from ANY sender like smartphones. Reprogramming by the receptionists is no problem, the service is kind and proper. "Strange" neighbourhood — ok, it's the area of the central station. So: If I don't HAVE to go there, then I choose another hotel.

Friendly and uncomplicated staff. The meeting address had a fault — short call and in no time the correct calculation was there as a PDF by e-mail. Great.

Great (renovated) and quiet as well as sea spacious zinner and pointed breakfast buffet in very pleasant large and bright space.
Extremely easily accessible from the Bhf without feeling a rail atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and courteous staff.
The rooms are clean and beautifully large. Forgotten little things such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving gel, one-time shaver gives free at the front desk.
Breakfast is rich, varied and always fresh.
You can end the evening at the bar. A small sauna area and a newly created gym complete the offer.
Conveniently located near the main station. Prices are reasonable.

This hotel has a top location! It's easy to get there everywhere, the train station is just around the corner. The room was large, clean and cozy. The breakfast was very varied and delicious! We will be happy to come back when we are nearby.

A very centrally located house, we had a huge room, very quiet with everything the heart desires. The décor is sure to come a bit in the years, but everything was clean and in good condition. An ideal location for a city tour. All in all a very comfortable hotel with sauna and wellness. A bit of a drop was the breakfast, both in selection and presentation. This is quite capable of increasing. Nevertheless we like to come back here.

Great location, but really come in the years. The breakfast is not bad but also really nothing special… At the same price there are significantly better locations in Düsseldorf.

The proximity to the train station is unfortunately the best feature of the hotel. The staff would be out of place even in a 3 * hotel. The spa area is a stopgap, no more. The rooms seem quite old but basically clean. The breakfast is lush, a bit more attention to detail would be desirable. Overall the worst 4 * hotel I have ever been to.

This hotel has a great location and a great breakfast. At the reception, everything went quickly, which lasted forever in the evening at dinner, as in every year. What was more, the lighting that flickered every minute annoyed us all. At night in the room, the night light attached to the bed fell on my head, in the bathroom the tiles on the shower are all torn, so for me not worth 4 stars.

Well for short or business trips.

As I mentioned, I and my best friend were received very nicely. We understood the night manager very well. The rooms were very tidy and clean. I felt very welcome. The breakfast is extensive and very good to enjoy. The service as a whole is very anxious to make your stay as beautiful as possible. There was no wish left open with us. The hotel is centrally located. I can only recommend it! I really had a very great stay there. And would like to thank me again for the great hospitality! I will definitely come back!

Always striving to make several mistakes in the service promise, normal hotel nice spacious rooms, friendly staff, clean bathroom, as far as expected and normal in the details and service promises reveal deficits — breakfast: Can I get gluten-free bread? Yes, 20 minutes… Pre-order for 2nd breakfast to avoid waiting time. Clear. Forgotten by the staff.
— Coffee: There is a fully automatic machine with M. M. N. Not Geniesbarem industrial beans.
— Service folder and question to the reception: can I give you postage-stamped parcels? Answer yes. Reality discussion with staff — empty fridge in the room buzzes annoyingly uninterrupted, does not turn off, because fixed, floor staff addressed, statement: We take care, we turn, nothing happens — transfer of all data from the posting for the Bill? Leonardo would rather let the guest say that.
That's just average.

The hotel rooms are large clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the Internet (Premium) is fast and there is sky sport. The breakfast is good but there is hardly any change, there are always the same things.

We stayed at the Leonardo Hotel over Christmas/Sylvester 2017 and are extremely satisfied. As I booked early, the price was very reasonable. As a long-term guest We also received a discount on the price of the breakfast and the parking garage: Thank you. The staff always met us competently, friendly and always helpful. The rooms were comfortable, comfortable and clean. From here you can find a convenient city connection by public transport. We enjoyed our daily extensive breakfast at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Double rooms are good, but single not at all. Breakfast Ok, location close to the train station which is convenient, but you might dislike people walking or living near the station — it's not a reach neighborhood.

Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and the beds cozy. Staff attentive and friendly. Breakfast solid.

We were in a junior suite with 2 kids-a-year-old toddler. I really enjoyed it. Two room. For those living in the hotel for a month there is a junior suite kitchen.

Good value for the money. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. My wife has a bad knee and the room they initially were going to put us in, required you to use half a flight of stairs to get to the room. The staff upgraded us to a suite to avoid the stairs. The negatives were carpet stains in the room, bathroom constantly smelled of urine, and the sliding closet doors would separate making them difficult to open and close. No type of potato offering (home fries, hash browns, etc. ) and no pancakes or waffles on the breakfast buffet. Slightly over priced at 15 euro per person, but is convenient since there are no other restaurants close by.

Very good experience. Friendly staff, lovely food at breakfast, very clean and tidy room. I stayed over for Christmas and they knocked at my door on Christmas Eve to offer me a yummie cupcake to wish me happy holidays :) Location is pretty good. Just a 2-3minutes walk to the Hauptbahnof (main station), 6-7minutes walk to Flixbus stop. The airport can be reached in about 12 minutes with a train from Hauptbahnof for €2, 70. I would recommend it for sure :)

Stayed here for a couple of days to visit Dusseldorf's Xmas markets with some friends. Rooms were large with a fairly large bathroom. Shower and bath combined. All very clean. Service friendly and fairly efficient. Remarkable small parking lot. Totally excellent breakfast.

We'd just go back to trouble. It is not on today's stand except the prices. Everything else needs modernisation in first line the kitchen.

I paid €156.60 to stay here on my own and staff were friendly and efficient but if your looking for sleep DONT BOOK HERE. The room was comfortable and clean but any activity outside or in rooms beside me could be hear. Toilets flushing, taps turned on and at 6.50am someone in a room vomiting. I informed the reception on checkout and was told oh la la and that was that?

Very good beds, otherwise simple furnishings. The staff was in some cases a bit overwhelmed. The breakfast was good with sufficient choice. The hotel is well suited for weekend breaks or visits to the Mitsubishi Electronic Hall.

Clean, spacious rooms, convenient to the station, I'll be back.

The location to the city center is very good. Have reached everything on foot. The rooms have really come in the years and could be spiced up a bit. The staff are all very professional and accommodating. A minus point for cleaning in the sanitary area.

Hotel staff were very helpful, especially when our daughter was taken ill. Recommended.

There was odd smell in first floor corridor. Loudly AC. Nothing much to do around the place. But the staff were good and smiley.

The hotel facility was nice and so was the staff. Room and bathroom were also up to par for the price. The bed was comfortable, but used a combined duvet/sheet which was difficult to manage a consistent temperature even with the AC unit on. We ate both dinner and breakfast onsite and the dinner was extremely bland while the breakfast was mediocre. There's also not much to do around the hotel except walk a couple km south to find a few cafes and a bakery. Overall, I would stay there again, just skip the food and grab a taxi into town.

Quiet rooms but loud AC. Beds and chairs have been updated but nothing else. Breakfast was a decent spread but dinner that was provided was awful. Not much to do within a short walking distance.

We checked into this hotel in Düsseldorf on a balmy Tuesday evening when there was hardly any breeze blowing. To make it worse, Düsseldorf was sizzling (for want of a better word! ) at 24 degrees. We got room 208 in which we hoped the AC would provide some respite. Unfortunately, the noisy AC gave off hardy any air. The hotel staff who checked it, bemoaned the fact that some guests especially from the US and elsewhere wanted chilled air. Oh yes, that's what an air conditioner is supposed to do, right? Unfortunately, this AC was of no use and with the window that opened three inches, we settled in for a warm nights rest. Not to be. The pillows were very poor quality and were lumpy. The saving grace was that the sheets were clean. The toilet/washroom was okay except that the water took a long time to drain from the washbasin. Our bad luck that we had a lousy room or is it that the hotel sucks? Who knows. You decide.

Clean and comfortable hotel, close to bus stations, train, metro and tram. A very good value for money.

The Leonardo Hotel Düsseldorf City Center was niche and really close to the train station and subway. The Hotel it self was niche clean and with a niche service. There is a niche bar, fitness, pool and everything. It was a niche experience.

Overall pretty good. Rooms slightly dated, but bad in top condition.

I'm yesterday evening at the bar. A couple in the Middle Ages was sitting at the bar. I sat down on the other end of the counter and ordered a Coke Ballantines. Before I got the drink, the bartender wanted to collect. Then I pointed him out, that we are in a 4-star hotel and not at the vending machines from the ETAP hotel, and I then pay my Bill, when I finished and was all right. There was a major discussion, which ended up that I must pay if I go only.
The ones that come more often groups, which then later would pay, and he was the Declaration that could remember everything if several people are. (However, only about 20 seats are at the bar). Then, I asked him whether he had made a training and whether he guests in the restaurant also would have to pay their schnitzel, before they get it. And I asked him how he did it with the couple at the other end of the bar. Where he did not scored, because he immediately realized that that do not run away! In other words, to me, he had the feeling I wasn't going to pay?
Now came a man who wanted to swap two room-temperature water bottles from room with two cold. It did not, so that the guest had to pay the two new water bottle.
A lady who was there on business, wanted to write their amount of 20 euros on the room. That is absolutely common, even in 2-star hotel. However, it wasn't in the case.

A bit cold in the room and the Wi-Fi was intermittent, but the staff was nice and the room was cozy.

Very bad value for money: The Hotel is located on the uncomfortable back of the railway station and exudes 70s charm. The rooms are run-down. At the worst but: There is no Internet, max. To read messages. Facebook or even music were not to make. Breakfast nothing Special, was still unfriendly to the Frühstücksempfang to be addressed. Staff overwhelmed.

Great facility, lots of space, nice large bathroom, comfortable beds, kettle for tea and instant coffee in the room, good and rich Breakfast, friendly staff, class connection with public transport.
