Great place to stay. Friendly spacious rooms very clean great location and good breakfast. Reasonable prices.

I really liked this hotel as it is in a great location and our room was spacious and had a wonderful view, but the bed was very uncomfortable and there was no AC so it got pretty warm in the room.

Spent one night at the Eden Früh Hotel Great location across from the Cathedral and in the pedestrian shopping area and the Cologne Old Town. Super clean hotel but very noisy at night, just one pillow (gave me a headache) and a super small room. No a/c. Great rain shower but one tube of combined shampoo, conditioner shower gel. Breakfast included. Simple, but not cheap for a 3 star hotel.

Room was really clean. Unfortunately no climate so the rooms in summer very hot. Breakfast had been really good and plentiful choice.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Staff was super friendly and upgraded our room at no cost upon arrival. Had a great corner room with 4 floor to ceiling double doors which fully opened up, wood floors, very clean bathroom, great breakfast buffet and views of Domplatte Cathedral. What more could one ask for! I’d give more stars if possible.

A nice, comfortable hotel, good breakfast and very friendly employees! One of the special benefits is the location, right next to the church, very close to the mainstation. Looking forward to be there soon again :).

A normal hotel like this. In principle, everything is arranged. Breakfast is good. The location is super! There's everything nearby! One negative is there is no air conditioning in the hotel rooms.

Huge rooms by European standards. Great location! Gal at the receiving desk was very professional and spoke excellent English. Great view of the Cathedral. I thought the breakfast was very good. Minor negatives include hard to adjust temperature control on the tablet-computer control panel and beds were a little too firm by my tastes. Still 4.5 stars. I would stay here again…

Good location right in the centre, so of course not exactly quiet. The breakfast is very good. Very nice and helpful team! Beautiful premises for our General Assembly of the free pharmacists.

We booked this hotel as a couple for the third time and were happy as always. Room and bathroom clean, enough space and the highlight: Of course the Domblick! Breakfast buffet varied and delicious! Everything went uncomplicated and fast. Always happy to:)

Excellent location and clean rooms. The only sound protection, as in many hotels, leaves a lot to be desired. I just don't want to hear who shower in the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast buffet could be a bit richer.

This was absolutely a great hotel. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the room was big enough for my family of six people, and the view couldn't be better. The breakfast was great. The location was great. Overall, I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

A decent pound in terms of customs, delicious Kölsch and (for a brewery) quite decent cooking. Surprisingly, even the salads are edible.

Absolutely stunning view if you can get one looking at the cathedral. The included breakfast is a bit limited but ok for the price. I would definitely come back in the future.

Hotel: Modern, friendly staff, located right in the city centre next to the cathedral, a few minutes to the Cologne Hbf Room: Clean, adequate facilities, modern bathroom breakfast: Rich and good.

Hotel is located in the same square of the cathedral 5 minutes walk from the train station. It is right at the entrance to one of the many Christmas markets. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very full with many options.

The location is perfect. One block from the train station and the Cathedral. Problems with the heather, but an extra blanket will solve the problem.

I have been to the hotel several times. Location top. I was always satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Service was always very good and the friendly staff were always courteous. Is very good, because of the location to get to know Cologne.

Stayed here for one night in October 2016. At the time we booked it was advertised as a 4 star hotel, which it certainly was not. We felt talked down to by the reception staff when checking in, the glasses in our room had clearly not been washed, the room was average at best and we had someone's toenail clippings in the bed with us (which I had to brush off the bed before my girlfriend spotted them). The only positives were the shower which was nice and the pleasant Scottish girl who checked us out.

A bit pricey but the location is perfect.

Everything went well. Good location. Only disturbing thing was that the room service kept entering without knocking shortly before checkout time; could've waited for a few minutes because we'd have been out anyway.

Great hotel right in the middle of old town cologne. Very close to the train station and the church. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The breakfast included is very good with lots to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Were over Easter in the hotel, satisfied with rooms and cleanliness. Small defects were reported at the reception and immediately turned off as far as possible. To the floor in the room it is a pity as it is very scratched in the desk area by the chair legs. Proper gentler made of felt under the legs creates immediate relief and also the noise disappears. The beautiful wooden floor would have to be polished. That was the negative of us. Breakfast and staff were good and we gladly come back from the beautiful Saxons.

If you are lucky — you can get room with view on Cologne Dom. Walking distance from Cologne main train station — very practical.

Absolutely little gem of a hotel, this was my first time staying there and I think I will be visiting a lot more than once a year. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot and the staff are very friendly and unbelievably helpful.

The entire team of Hotel Eden are very rude and naughty! Price performance total next to it. I have not eaten worse breakfast so far. The rooms are decorated very badly.
No late check out, 1 minute later and it is terrorized in the room. No respect and understanding for nothing! Does you a favor and don't go.

Nice hotel, but the pub early under the hotel room is very loud and annoying. What a pity.

The room itself was clean and modern furnishings. Unfortunately, it was very noisy. Due to the noise on the street was off 5 o'clock to sleep not more to think about. The breakfast was okay.

Liked us very well. Right next to the Cathedral, very beautiful furnished staff very nice. Rooms were OK, breakfast adequate.

Centrally located, clean, modern, classic, Business-Hotel.

Very nice, Central and clean. Minibar poorly equipped. Only Kölsch beer and water. Staff in the Breakfast room had long faces. Since tastes the Breakfast is only half as good.
